Last I checked most of the elected officials in New Orleans and Baton Rouge are Black I can't speak on Shreveport. Bottomline is don't commit no crime or move problem solved. Some of you muthafuckas is just plain fucking stupid. There are 64 parishes in Louisiana that's county if you're not a native of Louisiana. 7 of those parishes have a majority Black population. Every Black person in the state could have voted and it wouldn't have made a damn bit of difference. Last I checked Black people voted in New York, Chicago,Los Angeles, Oakland, Atlanta and D.C. How does it feel to yall who live in those areas to see muthafuckas not from this country get your shit. Also Clyburn, Maxine Waters and pretty much the CBC have been voted in by Black folks and that shit is working out real well. But hey ADOS is the problem.

"Most" is not the Governor or the GOP legislature that passed this. LA is making money off prisoners so instead of letting non dangerous folks off on parole they are working fast food and jobs that dont even require supervision. I was born in New Orleans raised in Kenner, Louisiana. Went to Southern in Baton Rouge for a period of time before transferring to Xavier University. First job I held out of college was in Lafayette where because of student loans I couldn't afford a decent car and sometimes had to walk to work. Sometimes the crakkas would yell ni$$er at me from their pickup trucks as I would either walk to or from work. My high school was in Metairie, LA where when I attended the sheriff at the time said that if you were in Metairie past a certain time and you were Black you would be stopped and subject to be searched by the police. The sheriff was a Chinese man named Harry Lee. All of my friends and family were and are Black. I really don't fuck with white folks like that besides work. The worst encounter I've ever had with the police was a Black police officer on Xavier's campus. My skin color is this I was too dark skinneded to mess with the dark skin chics in school and too light skinneded to mess with the light skin chics. I managed to make it 35 years out of 53 in Louisiana without the cops planting shit on me. And WS touched me several times but I never seemed to wind up in jail. And trust me I ain't never been one of the good negroes. No one in my family besides my brother who actually sold drugs has been to jail.
