If their policy indicates you have to be vaccinated, then you have a CHOICE whether your job is less important than a safe vaccine. Government employees had the same CHOICE. And the military has always had mandatory vaccines. Children have to be vaccinated to attend school. So what exactly are you ranting about?

Long penalties and high fines don't stop crime. It never has and it never will. That's just dumb shit that politicians believe. It's not true. Go on every Highway in America and you will see 98% of people going above the speed limit.
The politicians don't believe it either. During the whole "tough on crime" political era back in the 80s & 90s, crime stats were actually lower than they were in the previous years. In my Crime & Media course, we learned how sensationalized news stories drove public fear and the politicians ran on that fear, just like they're doing now. It's real easy to be a shepherd when the sheep are easily led.
