Ketchup is easy to make. Tomato paste apple cider vinegar with air fried potatoes as a lil cheat on the weekends. I don't have a desire to snack unless the gummies kick in. Some unsalted walnuts, pistachios and cacao beans is all a brother needs, maybe with a Honeycrisp or Envy.
 
I can't drink milk and haven't been able to do so since I was a child so going to summer camp with white kids I saw a white boy substatute orange juice for milk in his cereal which sounds crazy until I tried it and found it to be ok so I started doing that and haven't looked back until all of this new shit came out.
Oh yeah you can't use no really sweet orange juice you have to use the natural as possible.

Now for the alternitives out there,I've tried em all and the only down side is it can raise your potassium super high and alot of them have sugar which is higher than milk and a bunch of other shit so if you can stick to milk cause that other shit is just as worse or damn near the same as milk.
