To be honest with u goats milk is a healthier alternative none of the problems.. goats milk is even a healthier alternative for babies milk as well! I learn this shit just last year! I stop drinking milk 5 or 6 years ago. I went to the mom n pops health food store and this lady was asking about milk and how her baby wasn't sleeping as well so thats how i found out. So i bought some myself to try it out and no problems whatsoever! Only thing is the stuff is expensive as hell, but worth it..
