His team doesn't like him, nor do they respect his teachings. The GM needs to go before the coach though. The GM has missed on multiple lottery picks plus he traded for wack ass Wiseman and Bagley. I mean damn can someone on this team shoot a damn 3
The weird thing is Monty is a players coach.

Monty's rotations are ass. Stewart is a five, not a four. And Wiseman is terrible on defense. He needs more shooting on the team, because if he has Thompson, Stewart, Hayes, Duren or Knox in it helps the defense.
