So, did this. I thought this was bout Darius Miles.
But it's a different Baller who destroyed his career and will spend decades in jail.
He just had a preliminary hearing a few days ago for the judge to determine if it was going to trial... it was supposed to be in June but was postponed 3 times
So he just got caught with guns? he ain't kill nobody or nothing?
Allegedly shot at a car
28 years for that?
Isn't that attempted murder? Of each person in the car? Plus the guns they found?? I mean either way, he not too smart
Man what he suppose to get? Thats an attempted murder…basically saying, what if you would’ve killed that person? Also what if you had the opportunity to do it again. Therefore you going to get this 28 years sentence, so you learn your lesson.

It’s been going on for decades, especially during the 90s. I’m certain every dude here has a “he should have went to the league” story about someone they knew.
Does he have any priors? Nobody was injured or killed so I don't see what the big deal. What's the law in Cali for assault with a weapon? 28 years is too much if he doesn't have priors.

I don’t know, but we as a people can’t put our lives inside the courts hands. Easier said than done!
If he doesn't have any priors he will get a long ass probation with no jail time. He sure as hell ain't getting drafted in the 1st round, if at all though. Hope he can get some anger management counseling and grind his way up through the G League. What a way to throw away millions over over a bunch of people coming to a house party that will be forever broke 
hopefully he has learned alot... congrats on a second chance...
