Israel Declares War After Hamas Attacks. UPDATE: Israel Ends Ceasefire, Begins Bombing Gaza

I keep seeing this map shared throughout social media and although I do not question the authenticity of it, why don't we ever see the maps of Northern Africa/the Holy Land prior to the Arab Conquest of that area?

Yes, Palestinians were there before the Jews were given that land after WWII. Who was there before the Palestinians/Arabs and where are they now?

Egypt says Israel seeks to empty Gaza, rejects corridors for civilians

Cairo says it will allow aid to be delivered through its border to Gaza after closing it to civilians fleeing the war.
Egypt has discussed plans with the United States and others to provide humanitarian aid through its border with the Gaza Strip but rejects any move to set up safe corridors for refugees fleeing the enclave, according to Egyptian security sources.

"Neutral" academic sources put the Jewish population during the time of Ottoman rule at maybe 5%. The rest of the population was Muslim with a small Christian population. This shit is really complicated and you arent going to find good info especially on social media. There are some good books on the subject but if you just google the Arab Revolt against the Ottomans you will find what you are looking for. For example, the colonizers of the region that the Arabs were revolting against were Ottomans aka Turks. And who were they aligned with against the Ottomans? The British who promised them an Arab state... :smh:

Because the Arabs didn't really "conquer" North Africa in terms of numbers. Just politically and religiously.

Thanks. That area has been fought over for damn near a thousand years. I never considered that part of the "Middle East," and instead looked at it as an extension of Northern Africa/Egypt.

We all know Egyptians were Black Africans, so in my mind, the original inhabitants, were Black African descent......yet everyone is on some anti colonizer pro Palestine shit.....welp....the Arabs were colonizers too.

Well technically they did, just 1300+ years ago. :lol:I have learned first hand from traveling there to not question the "Arabness" of somebody from there though. :smh::lol:

There are plenty of Black Egyptians and the 25th Dynasty was Black but them being Black generally isn't really accurate IMO.

No, other Black Africans sold us to Euro devils. And their descendants have been immigrating here as "just Black" since the 80s with the same ideology as their slavemaster ancestors.

From where specifically? Egypt? Or other North Africans countries as well.

Wait , you’re trying to say no Arabs sold us to Euro slavers? Man y’all really love these sand cacs. WTF

Arab slavers:
  1. Mostly took people to North Africa and the Middle East;
  2. Mostly took non-Muslim East and Southeast Africans, like the "Zanj" from modern-day Zanzibar, not West Africa;
  3. Also enslaved white Europeans from Southeast Europe and other Euro coastal areas (look up the Barbary Pirates);
  4. And many of those "Arab" slavers were Arabized Black Africans themselves, like Tippu Tip:

Please stop making excuses for these savages

“Then, between 1600 and 1800, another 1.4 million Africans were shipped out by the Arabs. The 19th century represented the highest point of the Arabian trade where 12,000 Africans were shipped out every year. The total figure for the 19th century alone was 1.2 million slaves to Arabia.”

This is the trans-Saharan slave trade, not the trans-Atlantic slave trade.

And a lot of those Arab slavers looked like this:

So they were blacker than you!!!

Maghreb. Both there and in the diaspora. Most of the Egyptians I know are Coptic so it isnt even a convo really. Never been to Egypt but the funny thing is that the Sudanese I know are more "Arab" than the Egyptians if that makes sense. Major "me no black" vibes. haha

You still making excuses . Even cacs were disturbed how harshly Arabs treated them. Does it matter where they ended up!?!?

In the Arabian trade, the trudge across the Sahara, in leg and neck chains, and as Livingstone describes above, necks in large forked sticks and hands tied with bark thongs, was particularly harsh on the African slaves.

Says Duncan Clarke: “The hardships of these long marches across the desert were considerable, and much later travellers reported that the routes were lined with the parched skeletons of those who succumbed to exhaustion and thirst along the way.”

The Arab slavers did not only march their African captives to Arabia, they also sometimes sold them to European slavers.

Indeed. Some Somalis as well. But try explaining this to Dr. Truth.

And what about these slavers? These are the ones who sold YOUR ancestors, and MINE, to the Euros!!

800 Slaves Sacrificed in Tribute on the Death of GEZO the Great Slave King of Dahomey 1858

My Great-Grandfather, the Nigerian Slave-Trader

That's where I leaning. I'm not happy to see either side losing lives (especially women, children and the elderly) but the way Black and Brown folks are acting like we all should be on the side of the Palestinians on some anti-colonizer shit is weird.

Their ancestors were colonizers too. WTF

Yeah I have posted about this on here a lot. It isn't "slave like situations" or anything, literally slave auctions...

People for sale: Where lives are auctioned for $400

Tripoli, Libya (CNN) – “Eight hundred,” says the auctioneer. “900 … 1,000 … 1,100 …” Sold. For 1,200 Libyan dinars – the equivalent of $800.

Not a used car, a piece of land, or an item of furniture. Not “merchandise” at all, but two human beings.

One of the unidentified men being sold in the grainy cell phone video obtained by CNN is Nigerian. He appears to be in his twenties and is wearing a pale shirt and sweatpants.

He has been offered up for sale as one of a group of “big strong boys for farm work,” according to the auctioneer, who remains off camera. Only his hand – resting proprietorially on the man’s shoulder – is visible in the brief clip.

After seeing footage of this slave auction, CNN worked to verify its authenticity and traveled to Libya to investigate further.

Carrying concealed cameras into a property outside the capital of Tripoli last month, we witness a dozen people go “under the hammer” in the space of six or seven minutes.

“Does anybody need a digger? This is a digger, a big strong man, he’ll dig,” the salesman, dressed in camouflage gear, says. “What am I bid, what am I bid?”

Shit, Tunisia has a President who said this:

In February, Tunisian President Kais Saied warned his country of a plan to change Tunisia’s “demographic make-up”, to turn it into “just another African country that doesn’t belong to the Arab and Islamic nations any more”.

Just in case you were wondering, he cant be racist he has "Black" friends.

I am African, and proud to be so,” he said in televised comments. He said some of his family members are married to sub-Saharan Africans and that he had friends in law school who were Africans. He also described Africans as “brothers.’’
:smh:

The Gaddafi veneration that happens on here is also bizarre given he said similar things:

"Tomorrow Europe might no longer be European, and even black, as there are millions who want to come in," said Col Gaddafi, quoted by the AFP news agency.

He was speaking at a ceremony in Rome late on Monday, standing next to Italy's Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi.
"We don't know what will happen, what will be the reaction of the white and Christian Europeans faced with this influx of starving and ignorant Africans," Col Gaddafi said.

And where is the Black African response??? They outnumber the Arab/Berber/Maghrebi North Africans 2 to 1 on the continent.

I don’t get it, niggas rapid responding and have more sympathy for these Arabs than other Black folks right here. This shit got 26 pages of people mad at the “Jew Colonizers” but nobody wants to talk about the Arabs who still enslave African people and are racist as fuck also. It’s also insulting trying to compare this shit with the Black American experience. That really pisses me off

Which is why I have said for days that you can't turn something this complex/nuanced into something binary. Israel is a racist/apartheid state but I am not about to be supporting fucking Hamas/Hezbollah in response as they have their own issues...

“I struggled a lot to overcome the difficulties caused by the color of my skin. I always had to doubly prove myself at school, at work and in life, because I’m dark-skinned,” Ahmad said.

He said that they are originally from Sudan. His ancestors came at the beginning of the 20th century and lived in Palestine — in a village called Roubin, neighboring Jaffa — until 1948, when they were forced to migrate to the Gaza Strip. "But I never felt that I did not belong here. Palestine is the homeland I have always known, and is a homeland to about 10,000 other dark-skinned people in the Gaza Strip."

Who ever said this wasn't the case? If I brought up anti-black racism in China or Korea, you'd be brushing it off.
Y’all always revert back to some Asian shit as an example when I challenge all racist views. If North Korea was attacking Japan I’m not going to sit here and rapid post tweets and articles to support why I support Japan. I don’t give a flying fuck. Those ain’t my people. But y’all in here like some damn Arabs defending these people
