Even if Bigga had money, Math still should have paid him for his security services at the normal rate. Now if he didn't want him as a host or help start his own pod, he should have been upfront about it. That gives Bigga the opportunity to leave or stay to learn more about podcast like he mentioned. This reminds me of people who ask for loans but never pay them back because you are allegedly well off. Being rich doesn't mean I want to work for free.
As far as being late, I'd have to know what for. Bigga is security, so I'd expect him to be there before anyone. Now if Bigga didn't consider himself security and provided the people that's different. His people are the ones protecting the guest, Math and/or other cohost. Bigga doesn't need to be there at all in that instance. In general, I'd think it's not the best idea to have people walking in or out while filming.if Bigga was late for some sort of cohost role, I don't agree with that given Math wasn't paying him for that.
Truthfully, all of the other cohost should have been more understandingabout the late thing. Yes, you aren't being paid, but you told me you'd show up at 8pm. If you don't want to show up on time or contribute to behind the scenes prep, don't agree to come to the show.
I never believed the lost 6k story either. even if he did, that's on him. He should have gone to the bank and got another 6k or better send it digitally.as the owner it's his responsibility to take the loss; not his employ
