Now I don't know what going on with the Jade news, or how legit it is. But man, I don't know where to start if it's true that she may be WWE bound. From returning Saturday to this...

Maybe thats what Cody sometimes be alluding to in interviews..

If true this will be good for her. She can go to the performance center and learn the WWE style. She was too green to go any further in AEW. TK wasn't gonna put the World strap on her.

WWE is smart for mixing things up with their main roster stars going to NXT to put eyes on that show. First Seth, then Dom/Judgement Day now Becky.

Would be cool if they started pushing NXT as a women's division heavy show. They can't always main event Raw or SD but giving the women on their roster extra time on NXT makes it different than your typical Monday or Friday night show.

She desperately needs to go to the performance center and work on her game.
She should also spend some time in NXT. Hopefully her ego is not so inflated from her run in AEW that she thinks she's above that.
Jade clearly has the look of a star and being in WWE gives her the best chance of becoming a household name, not just among wrestling fans.
She's talked down on WWE, some of their folks, and their schedule in the past so we'll see ultimately how it goes.

And cue all the WWE marks to now fall in love with her! It would be like if Nia Jax went to AEW. All the AEW marks would love her.

I think this will be good for Jade in the sense of exposure, but she isn't going to have the flexibility that she had at AEW. The schedule that WWE has I think is more intense, but with her kid being older that may be not be an issue anymore.

Unless she spends significant time in NXT, I think she's going to flame out in WWE.

She has a great look, but so have others. She's too stiff in the ring, isn't fluid and is not a good wrestler.

I can see Bianca, Charlotte, Rhea and Iyo struggling to make Jade look good in the ring.

If this true, I'm going to miss seeing her fine sexy ass at AEW!!....I really hope she gets better as a wrestler in the ring!!..I wonder how WWE(if she going there) is going to used her??

Are they gonna pull what Russo did when he straight up hit the reset button in WCW on Nitro in the ring?
 :smh:

And...

I have a feeling over the next year as the WWE/UFC partnership flourishes, AEW will see quite a few names bounce to WWE....

I can see that.
He can cut a good promo and is a good worker. That match he had with Danielson was good.
He just needs to change his style a bit and lose the "Lightweight Rock" look and gimmick.

She's Fine but the performance center is where she needs to start. If you watch Jade and Lash Legend they have the same move sets in the ring. They turn her into a Jobber. I worry about the same for Jade however a match up with her and Raquel would be great. I think Bianca would carry the hell out of a match with Jade and make it entertaining

I say....team her up with Bianca. It would protect her from having to carry matches on her own. Have them join Lashley and the Street Profits as heels. The Hurt Business 2.0 would be dope and could run Smackdown while Judgement Day runs Raw.

Knew it was coming sooner or later.

"Major Cuts" Expected to WWE Main Roster & NXT After TKO Launch

Roster cuts to both WWE's main roster and to WWE NXT are expected following the launch of TKO Group Holdings.

The blockbuster merger of WWE & UFC was confirmed this week, with a ceremony at the New York Stock Exchange that included notable figures from WWE, UFC, and Endeavor.

Roster Cuts
Haus of Wrestling reports that "major cuts" are expected to both WWE's main roster as well as the NXT brand. There is no confirmation as to when these cuts will happen, but sources indicated that they have been planned for some time.

A source who spoke with Haus of Wrestling said that WWE could release WWE employees tomorrow, and wait until a later date before releasing talent. The reasoning is that releasing both employees and talent at once would be bad PR for the company.

Corporate Layoffs

It's not just the roster that will be on the receiving end of mass reductions. At some point today, WWE will commence laying off staff in its offices, in an effort to synchronize their business practices with UFC. In a company-wide email, Nick Khan encouraged WWE staff to work from home today so that the matter can be handled discreetly and respectfully.

WWE's Chief Financial Officer Frank A. Riddick III is set to part ways with WWE later this month. Riddick has served on WWE's Board of Directors for over 13 years and currently serves as the company's President as well as the CFO.

Two WWE NXT Superstars have already left the promotion after requesting their releases earlier this year. Click here to find out more.

Never heard of any of these "sources". I'm calling bullshit on there being "major cuts" to the talent roster.
Will some talent get let go? Sure. Happens every year.
But I'm not buying into this whole bloodletting doomsday mass release that these so-called sources keep bringing up.
Most of the people let go will be people behind the scenes (corporate departments) that we've never heard of.

I think if any, the rosters cuts on NXT will be heavier than any on the main roster.

They'll probably cut a lot of dead weight from NXT and move some of the main roster names we hardly see to NXT. Probably one of the reasons we have seen main roster talent in NXT these past few months, to get viewers used to seeing the cross over.
