That's why it's funny how Tax did it. He even tried to get Young Lito on Joe's pod to "help" him. The weird thing is that Hovain and Troy had issues, but Hovain managed Ish and Ice. So the discussions were always weird anyway.
Why would Joe mention Tax as an inspiration when he appeared on Combat Jack and came from up under Pete and Juan Ep initially. It would be like Jay-Z being mad at Ja Rule for not saying he inspired him. They were peers.

I think Stephen A was projecting for himself. I don't think people care if Max worked at a newspaper, because they don't care if Skip and SAS did. Maybe at ESPN they care, because that's a resume thing like have degrees or certs.
but I think what he did to Max was different, because he didn't push him out of ESPN. He continued having the morning radio show and he moved to his own afternoon show, where as Skip pushed Shannon out the door period.
