This is what I don't get about the Colts and the JT situation.
The Colts currently have no one on their roster that is due a huge pay day any time soon.
Sign the man for 3 years, and by the time that contract is up, Anthony Richardson, would become eligible for a new contract if he is playing well.
Maybe Irsay is leery of that ankle injury, and doesn't want to get caught paying a RB who has already seen his best days.
Those contracts signed by Todd Gurley, LeVeon Bell, and Zeke, have owners very cautious about handing out big dollars to RBs.
