Good Morning Brothas, just been spending the past couple days in Colombia. My take away is I think God that I learned Spanish as a kid, that helped so much with understanding how to move and communicate flawlessly. Aside from the ladies, the culture here is so rich. As crazy as this may sound, it's great to meet ppl on the Western Hemisphere whom don't deny their African ancestry and are proud of it.

My first trip to the Clock Tower had me choked up a bit just imagining how many slaves came through that location as Cartagena was one of the main slave ports during the Trans- Atlantic Slave Trade, along with Rio De Janeiro and Bahía, Brazil, Barbados, and Santo Domingo, DR. Just thinking that only 4%- 6% of the 12 million made it to North America, while the remaining ended up here and in the countries mentioned earlier put stuff in perspective.

The museum here that have exhibition of the history of the city were very educating. I recommend every black man to visit Cartagena at least once. Come with your family if you have to.

The art district in Getsemaní is insane. So much talented artist with a heavy Afrocentric influencia.

Went to Palenque and Cali where there is a large Afro Colombian population and Cali felt like I was back in Atlanta but were all speaking spanish.

Now when it came to the ladies. So many beautiful women. The Afro-colombianas are gorgeous, and that's understatement.

Even though, shit may seem crazy and it feels like we are going backwards in the states, being here has shown me really how far black ppl have come and will continue to progress. Black Americans really are the front runners of culture for the world, even though we are only the descendants of a fraction of the Trans Atlantic trade.

Will visit Bahía, BR Río De Janeiro, BR and Nigeria soon. Along with Madagascar and South Africa too (Can't forget about the Arab Slave Trade that went on before and after the trade on the Western coast of Africa. If anyone has recommendations on other spots to visit. Let me know
