A 21-year old rapper from New Jersey is trying to prove that Jay Z is his dad.

Rymir Satterthwaite's Godmother, Lillie Coley, filed filed a paternity suit in a New Jersey civil court in December 2014, seeking a DNA test from Jay, real name Shawn Carter, to determine if he's Rymir's dad.

When contacted by The New York Daily News on Thursday, February 19, Coley was surprised the information had gotten out.

“Right now I can't talk to you about it,” Coley, who is Ryan's legal guardian, said Thursday. "We plan to talk to the public soon. All this attention caught us off guard, We didn't expect someone to leak it to the press. We weren't expecting this.”

This paternity battle has been raging on since 2010 when Rymir's mother, Wanda, named the 45-year old Brooklyn rapper as possible being the boy's dad.

The two reportedly met and started dating in the early 90's. Jay is from Brooklyn, New York. Wanda graduated from high school in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1994.

A second man thought to be Rymir's father since birth was ruled out by a DNA test. If proven to be true this would be Jay's second child. He has a daughter with singer Beyonce named Blue Ivy.

Why are they always aspiring rappers? That was also the case with the 16 year old that claimed Michael Jordan is his father :smh:

i know niccas that have whole families and jobs... from barbers to welders, construction workers, and fast food that STILL want time in the studio for their mix tape.

from 16 to bout 35... still tryna be a fucking rapper.:smh::confused::lol:

This story is not going away. He’s avoiding paternity, and for good reason.

‘At the time, Wanda was 16 and Jay-Z was 22 - and far from the global rap sensation that he has since become, following the release of his debut studio album, Reasonable Doubt, in 1996.’

I could kind of see it, look at that shape of his head and his top lip is just like jays... A dna should be able to

solve this with ease.

Personally I wouldnt be surprised if he was the real father of Rhianas babies, but thats just me...

time will tell....

Jay-Z gonna get that Karl Malone heat

Is this about the 5th paternity claim, or os this like 2 paternity claims that keep getting recycled? Seems Jay was getting a massive amount of pussy during his time as Big Daddy Kane's roadie.

Might be because he got a 13 year old pregnant while he was in college, and has always denied it

Yeah- the dude who tweeted that was oblivious but my point in posting it was highlighting Karl Malone getting booed in UTAH.

In 2002, Eminem rapped:

I'd yank my fuckin' teeth
Before I'd ever bite my tongue, I'd slice my gums
Get struck by fuckin' lightning twice at once
And die and come back as Vanilla Ice's son
And walk around the rest of my life spit on
And kicked and hit with shit every time I sung
Like R. Kelly as soon as "Bump and Grind" comes on

But that never happened. Wouldn’t happen if the pied piper of R&B was performing today.

Karl Malone gets it. But R. Kelly not Jay-Z ever would. Why is that?
