LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - The Louisville Metro Police Department confirmed there are multiple casualties from an active shooting in downtown Louisville near Slugger Field.

LMPD advises everyone to avoid the 300 block of East Main Street, specifically at Old National Bank.

Louisville Metro police officers and FBI Louisville special agents are there at the scene now.

What's crazy is if I wanted to go postal at my job, I'd have no problem doing it. When you come to the turnstile gates, no one is there to check your bag....
