If by judicial system you mean in prison then yeah. His brother is doing like 20 years. So no.
Another thing to think about is how much hasn’t gotten out. It is unlikely that this is the sole incident this woman has had and somebody happened to have recorded it.
What Willie D doesn't realize is that Scarface, as a solo artist, far exceeds the worth and popularity of the Geto Boys and I say that as a fan of the group.
The reality is that Scarface is to the Geto Boys what Beyonce was to Destiny's Child or what Diana Ross was to the Supremes.
So just because Scarface was contacted to perform a verse off of a Geto Boys classic doesn't mean they want the entire group.
Especially since they've spent more time as solo artists than a group in the last 30 years and regularly perform their verses from those Geto Boys classics without other members of the group.

I don't know man, without doing any research "Mind Playing Tricks On Me" might be the biggest song from all of them including Face's solo career.
"Mind Playing Tricks On Me" is universally known and I'm not sure Face has a solo song that's bigger.
Not a solo song but look at his discography after that. He made countless classics going into the early 2000s.
In that time he had multiple platinum records and singles like "Never Seen a Man Cry", "Hand kf the Dead Body" (featuring Ice Cube), "Mary Jane", "Smile" (featuring 2Pac), Guess Who's Back" (with Jay-Z and Beans), to name a few.
That's not even including the two gold Geto Boys albums (one if which was still successful even though they replaced Willie D with Big Mike.)
Willie D and Bushwick, respectively, really did nothing worth note that I can think if outside of the Geto Boys.
