It wasn't healed and if this was week 3 or 4 he wouldn't been playing.
Regardless whether it was a high, mid or low ankle sprain. His ankle wasn't 100 percent and probably wasn't 50.

Mahomes couldn't move at all. The ankle was getting worse as the game progressed. Dude a real one for fighting through it and winning.
