I still don't understand how these white coaches continue to fail upwards. Klingsbury had a losing record in college then got the Cardinals HC job and now fired. Everyone knows how bad McDaniels was in Denver but now still losing in Vegas. Reich was just fired half way through the season and now a new HC job. All I keep hearing is he is a good coach. If he was good why was he fired.
Black coaches can only get interim HC or signed on til they get the coach they want.

Sadly the only person I ever heard mention he is a coach's kid is Skip when he was playing in Oklahoma. Other than that never heard it.

Naw.. If you know anything about them.. When they get upset (Heated) it takes a very long time to simmer down.. And cool off. When they get mad its like a Volcano erupting.. They see red!!! When its like that you leave them alone til they approach you. Then they are ready to talk. The Buffalo Bills will get there..
