To quote SWP, Gen Z cannot easily attain financial success the way Boomers did.
Boomers were able to graduate highs school and get livable wage jobs. Meaning, a high school graduate could get a decent jobs, good benefits, pension, buy a starter home, get married and take care of a house while his wife was a stay at home mother caring for their two kids.
Fast forwards, Gen Z don't got it like that and to make matters worse, Gen Z is competing with the global economy, i.e, H1B1 Visa folks and immigrants.
White folks scoffed at Mexicans working the farms. Now them same white folks mad as fuck. Why, because now immigrants are coming for blue collar jobs and they will take low wages. ie, Carpentars, plummers, HVAC techs, brick masonry. These were jobs dominated by majority white men.
Why would a Gen Z, want to work super hard busting their chops to make the 1% richer all while technically being classified as the "working poor".
Working poor in a sense that fresh out of high school, it's almost impossible to buy a decent home in a nice area and live comfortably on the strength of just a diploma from your neighborhood high school.

In some jobs, there are still quite a few baby boomers, because some of them cannot retire because they are too broke but yet they have a old weigh on looking at things, especially the white baby.

The system is operating as it is designed. A minority controls the wealth of a nation and impoverishes the majority of the citizens. The main difference between now and 100+ years ago is the quality of life has dramatically improved for the majority of people which I a sense pacifies the majority of us. In the end, someone has to suffer. So whether it is here or how the north countries feeds on southern ones someone has to be at the bottom.

Hospitals are finding it hard to recruit new medical students because Gen Z aint' trying to work crazy hours unlike the previous generation..
Hospitals are having to look at new staffing models, so they can attract more students because this generation would prefer a 9-5 type schedule.
Work life balance is a thing for the future and companies that realize that, will have no problems finding workers....

Unlimited PTO is actually a downgrade. They do that so they don't have to cash you out for unused PTO when you leave.
Republicans have always been anti college because going to college exposes you to other people and other ideas and that is the first step in killing their narrative. Hard to say Black people are lazy or violent when the quiet Black dude in your class is out working you. Or the Hispanic dude in your study group vibes well with you but isn't some border crossing dude out to rape white women.
