I don't know enough about it. If it was a PWI and Ed Reed was informally hired, and he made a video cursing and complaining looking crazy they would not proceed with the process either. Ed Reed did not appear as a good role model for young black men in the original video.

Living in Central Florida, about 30 minutes from Daytona Beach, I spent time around folks who worked at or with BCU. They were corrupt as fuck. Back in 2018 there were fraud accusations, tons of lost money that was never accounted for....

And yes, knowing what you signed up for is part of due diligence associated with any professional decision and accompanying contract. Ed signed up to coach a private HBCU. Knowing conditions, school plight and mission should have been a requirement. And even if those issues were as presented by him, going about it the way he did is a fireable offense on any level of employment. At the very least, sign your fucking contract to insure you have legal recourse in the event you are terminated. The bitch was too got dam stupid to even do that.
