They're talking about how tall is he and whether or not he's going to cheat. Lol. You better hope he cheats, but I'll get to that in a minute.
First thing you really need to know? How much money does he have to make to be in the 1% (it's a minimum of $600,000 a year btw.)
Second, what city do you want to live in? (96% live in New York City Washington DC, San Francisco, or Los Angeles).
Third, are you okay with dating interracially? (95% of these men are either White or Asian).
Fourth, are you okay with a man twice your age? (average age range of the 1% is 45 to 55 years old)
Fifth, are you okay with being a homewrecker? (88% are already married.)
Six, and arguably the most important, what can you bring to the table?!!
Folks who make this kind of money aren't trying to hitch their wagons to a woman just because she has a pretty face, a nice ass, and a pleasant disposition.
You either have to be an earner or provide something that can help them earn more. Could be connections, a trust fund, expertise that they lack, etc. But it's got to be something.
Look at the women that the most powerful men tend to marry. Most look above average, but they are rarely dimes.
The only exception are men who make money off their public image. Particularly athletes, entertainers, and politicians. However, people in these professions make up less than 5% of America's elite. They also tend to have a lot less long-term earning power than everyone else in this group.
The best way to land a man in this group is to earn a master's degree from an ivy League college. That will give you the social connections you need to meet someone from this group and also provide you with a skill set they might find useful.
Best of all, even if you fail you still have a master's degree from an ivy League school.
