Do a Google Map search of 2600 Broadway Street San Francisco and you can see that it's very plausible.

The Pelosi's live in a very wealthy neighborhood, but it's not some gated enclave cut off from the rest of the city. It's the kind of place where anyone could get off the bus, walk two blocks, and stroll right up to her front door without any problems.

Whatever they have going on past that point is anybody's guess, but outside it's just a regular house.
