if the person who suing gonna get paid regardless kinda beats the purpose if they win or lose.. like I said the individuals I know who were cast to be on there or were offered to be on there told me they were gonna get paid in full regardless the outcome.. their case is for content.. it kinda beats the purpose of the show if you know the person who sues gonna get the bread.. some people do a lil extra acting/going into character for tv.. I haven’t seen an episode in probably damn near 2 decades so idk if that disclosure part you talking about was always there.. but trust most people aren’t aware of those stipulations

Well it's not suing anymore. They drop the suits, it's Arbitration. Most people don't even know that.
Second, you have to give people incentives to come on TV and makes fools of themselves or else you don't have a show.

I also personally know people that was cast or gonna be cast for the show and like i said they offered to pay their small claim to be on the show for content.. they all received money for having their case shown on Tv.. hell my cousin was offered the same situation when a tenant owed him about 4,000 on back rent .. only reason why he didn’t go on the show cause the tenant family member ended up paying the owe money cause the tenant was to embarrassed to go on tv looking like a shitty tenant.. that’s why I said shit fake.. they make it seem like people are paying what they owe when it’s really the tv show that’s doing it.. if most audienc members knew that it probably would change their motivation to watch it.. knowing these stipulation changes a lot of things
