Even without a support hand you can still shoot somebody but you have to atleast aim.

No gun range training has saved many lives by street shooters hitting nothing.. many criminals never upgraded their game by adding intelligence or blueprints to their genre.. that’s why you still get fingerprints, nigs with zero mask, nigs rocking their everyday clothes going on criminal sprees, missed shots, etc.. a smart criminal or a criminal with a blueprint is a dangerous person good thing majority never mastered their skill

You might assume range safety officers...are experienced/well trained..
At the range I've shot at, the range employees would have come over and warned about rapid shooting....especially rapid shooting from somebody who obviously can't shoot.
