Snabba Cash Season 2 .Nice surprise to discover the series has a second season and i couldnt help but watch all 6 episodes in a row of this involving, edgy, sharp and salty series. If you're not watching this series you are missing out

Andor is Star Wars without a Star Wars vibe and i like it. There is a slow build that leads to something very involving and actually very moving. It's cool to see how much influence and control the Empire had at the beginning of the rebellion, and how the rebellion actually came to fruition

Finished season 1 of This Fool yesterday. Really enjoyed it and there were moments I genuinely LOL’d at the dialogue and writing. And found myself with a smile for several episodes as I knew some amusing comment or scenario was ahead. Characters were likeable and I hope they are renewed for a 2nd season next year. Eps are easy to get through as most are about 25 mins. You can easily tackle 3 eps in just over an hour. Recommend it!

Just started Mr Inbetween season one
So far I’m loving it

like a more violent and just as funny version of Barry

Glad you are enjoying it! We really liked it here too from the BGOL recommendations. Like any good series, it left us wanting more at the end. Didn’t overstay its welcome / shorter running time for episodes kept the seasons on track.

LOVE S4 of The Wire man!

that’s a hell of a combo! ATL S4 and The Wire rewatch!
Thanks for the THIS FOOL recommendation too. Just the type of shit I need right now man

Thanks! Yeah - season 4 is the real deal. Enjoying Atlanta s4 too. You’re welcome for the This Fool recommendation. I am still laughing at some of the funny moments in that one. It also had some good needle drops (song selections). And if you haven’t seen the series MO on Netflix, watch season 1 of that one too. Also from this summer, and the show is a comedy with plenty of heart. A number of BGOL members have checked it out recently. Checked it out while I was watching This Fool in recent weeks.

Looking ahead Oct looks like a lighter month on releases for me than Sept

1) TWD last 8 eps of s11 on AMC
2) All American s5 on CW
3) Gangs of London s2 on Sky Atlantic

We're going to try and watch Gangs of London season 1 soon so that we can check out season 2 in real time.

Been enjoying The Patient. Going to check out episode 6 this evening. It has done a good job maintaining the suspense.

Going to check out the recent season 3 finale of City on a Hill in a few days.

4 episodes into season 1 of Justified.

Probably going to check out series like Gangs of London, Severance, and The Deuce in the near future. Still need to check out the last few eps of season 2 of Physical as well. Have had those sitting in the queue for a few weeks.

Word. I been seeing MO adverts a lot and suspected it might have the vibe I’m lookin for. I’ll add that to the list and plan on starting in with one or both this week

Yeah - it's good and worth a look. I think you'll dig it. You'll find yourself caring about the characters. You'll appreciate the character development for his circle (i.e. - mom, brother, and girlfriend). The flashbacks to when he was a kid are brief, but effective.

The writing and dialogue are funny.

Has that good balance of comedy and heart, just like Reservation Dogs.

One the best TV series ever right there fam.

Solid season 2 finale for Reservation Dogs.

A funny rock star cameo appearance.

And shit ... another moment / scene in the episode like in ep 9 wherein someone was chopping onions again. Shows that you are invested in the characters as a viewer. Love that it was delivered by someone more unassuming too ... made the moment resonate even more. Easily one of the best new shows in recent years.

Scale of 1-10, how would you score the series as a whole from the beginning?
I would give season 1 a 9 because there wasn't else like it on tv and was refreshing to watch. Now the cast have all got so successful they are trying to make the series all artsy and are ignoring everything that made the show successful in the first place. Now I give it a 5

Suburra : Blood On Rome on Netflix Always great to find a involving series on the streaming service. This one is about
a fight over development land in a coastal town near Rome. The church, political figures, members of organized crime, local gangs and real estate developers all collide in the battle
One of the great things about it is the friendship between the 3 lead characters.

Andor Episode 4 One of the great things about this episode was the display of arrogance from the Empire and how they underestimated the small strikes of the Rebellion which ultimately lead to their downfall

Dahmer on Netflix im about 30 minutes into episode 1 . Not sure how much more i will watch because i can already see how dwelling it's going to be and beyond disturbing.

Finished the season of Mo. Hope the series is renewed.

Nearly finished season 3 of The Wire rewatch.

A few more episodes to go with City on a Hill and Reservation Dogs.

3 more episodes to go with season 4 of The Wire now.

Solid season finales for both City on a Hill and Reservation Dogs.

Gonna circle back to episode 5 (season 1) of Justified this weekend.

3 more episodes to go with season 2 of Industry. Also gonna check out eps 3 and 4 of Atlanta's current season.
