Chaka Zulu (Ludacris' Manager) Charged with murder!

I call bull, I think it’s a case of the POWER of the P.U.S.S.Y. Too many people have already chimed in plus his lawyer said something about his “Special Guest”. When she gets on the stand and says how scared she was and CZ swooped in and saved them from getting snuffed like his assistant did. I doubt this makes it past a grand jury. That press conference was part one of a pissing contest.

CZ is gonna have a problem.
1. He's talking to the dude in yellow, dude in yellow starts to walk away, CZ follows him. CZ mushes yellow into car.
2. Crew walks up and stomps out CZ. Security breaks it up for
This is a iffy case. I can see both sides. The law might look at him as being the aggressor. On the flip side he would have died taking repeated kicks to the head as he did. That parking lot was too small to be escape from the imminent danger he was in. I would acquit if I was on the jury but a jury of racist cacs who hate rich black men might not.
Rich black men?

How are you sure he is african?
Birth name seems African and new name is African.
That don't mean he African though.
Family could just like African names.

I didn't know he was african but than again I've heard the name but rarely seen him

:smh:

Crystal clear HD vid confirms he shot homie after the fight had stopped, and he was retreating. He better have the best of lawyers for this one!

I guess Chaka should have been from NYC and Dominican. Then it would be ok from him to kill a black man.

From what to what? How did you perceive him before and how do you perceive him now?

I thought dude was more mature than he really is, especially at his age.
Dude ruined his life over some parking space money.
Managed one of the biggest hip-hop artists/actors in the world, going to prison over a parking space.

Dummy.

Or he feared for his life after being disoriented from being beaten by a mob of criminals.

Regarding both of the above replies, it appears as though Chaka approached the man/ group and initiated the confrontation by getting in his face. What happened prior to what we see on video, and how it impacted his decision to approach the man/ group will matter.

It appears Chaka knew the man/ group could be violent, and they were. What will matter is how the story is told and what is emphasized. This one could go either way, but if i'm Chaka i'm not liking my chances. If Chaka didn't leave the safety of the venue it could be argued this wouldn't have happened. If Chaka didn't have a gun, it could be argued, Chaka could have been beaten to death (certainly what his legal team will allege).

Chaka could've walked away after he got jumped, however he has the right to stand his ground (correct me if i'm wrong). Chaka was shot in the back... something, for whatever reason even give that he just shot someone, I have a problem with (not sure why this is bothering me but it is).

Buddy in Trouble (capital T).

You’re a god damn idiot. He was so scared and disoriented he walked towards the exact dude he had a problem with and shot him? GTFOH
He was at his place of business where he was attacked by disgruntled customers/trespassers. In a continued motion he got up and defended himself while still being attacked and shot in the process. There was also a innocent women being beaten by a man which possibly gives him a defense of others claim.

He wont serve a got dam day in jail.

According to Georgia's Stand Your Ground law, O.C.G.A. § 16-3-23.1,
A person who uses threats or force relating to the use of force in defense of self, others, habitation, or other property has no duty to retreat and has the right to stand his or her ground and use force, including deadly force.
There are a couple of takeaways from this statute:
  1. The person acting in response to a perceived threat is under no obligation to retreat first before resorting to deadly force. Even if you have the ability to run away, you do not have to.
  2. The statute allows lethal deadly force if the person reasonably believes another person is about to kill or gravely injure him or her.
  3. A person can stand their ground in defense of themselves, others, their home, or other property.
Please note that the Stand Your Ground rules are not intended to promote taking justice into your own hands. Instead, they provide a defense for those who find themselves under attack. You still must only threaten or use force to the extent you believe is reasonably necessary to stop the force against you. Even if you believe you were justified in your actions, it is in your best interest to speak with an experienced Stand Your Ground Lawyer in Georgia before speaking to the police or making any public statements.

I think Chaka will be fine. The young folk should have left and filed a complaint against the establishment for the $25. They chose to fight a man over $25. They could have easily just went home and forgot about the money. However, they decided to hunt the man down and then assault and batter him. It is obvious he was still in danger he was shot in the back. Sometimes you gotta just take the loss. More than likely, Shaka will get off.
