Yo exes son caught a murder charge... circumstances are Shakey an can't be posted..but my question is this...
hes received a public defender that is doing nothing but throwing him under the bus..the lawyer cursed his mother out an told her "that he knows her son's type,an that only mother's ain't shit..and how's she's the blame..etc..."
anyhow..how do we go about having this lawyer removed?? How to get a new public defender??
and are there any free pro-bono lawyers that will touch this case..cause it's pretty high profile here in Atlanta ...or are there any free lawyers his mother can speak to for help...??

But When you need help and don't know who to ask, you got a bunch of people from a bunch of backgrounds who might be able to help you out.

About 8 months later the guy came on the board and said thank you. "Because of that stunt my baby mama pulled I got full custody of my daughter. I want to thank all of y'all"

If he innocent then somebody going to come off the bag and pay for a good well known lawyer in that city. They railroading him because they know he don’t have the money for a good defense and they’re just trying to pad them conviction stats.

Don’t use any “free” lawyer, you get what you pay for. Ask everyone who knows the young man to chip in and get help.

Havehis mom sell her car, her jewelry whatever to get the money to pay for a lawyer. If you want to help, help with cash.

Public defenders try to get clients to opt for a plea deal rather than do all they can to defend their client.

I learned in college that they will do their best to avoid a trial, and being that trials are expensive, prosecutors like to avoid them as well.
