Man, fuck what you heard, Raw last night was a really good show. The last hour was weak, but the first two were great.

Good call having the Lashley/Styles match end the second hour as that is when they get the most viewership.

The Owens/McIntyre setup and match were great and I wasn't even upset at the Usos run in and disqualification ending as it protected both Owens and Drew.

The Theory/Ziggler match was actually good, but the crowd was tired by then after the Owens/Drew and the Lashley/Styles battles

I really like how Triple H is starting to make this show feel fresh and new.

Raw should go back to 2 hours. This way you don't burn out the crowd. 2 hours is enough for a weekly TV show.

I struggle with this. Yes, two hours works, however with the amount of talent they have, WWE filling a three hour show that engages the audience shouldn't be difficult.

Just depends on how they schedule and block their segments.

I feel we will see their full three hour Raw shows improving some more moving forward, especially since wrestlers appear to have more creative freedom.

unfortunately the genie out the bottle and I can’t see em going back

overall great episode of Raw with the highlight being the Drew/KO interaction and match. Everything about it was fire and main event worthy from the promos to the great match

also nice to see Alexander and Ali in a long tv tag match. They had some good combo moves and liked the video promo before the match. Good to see tagmatches for men and women get time

one thing I noticed is the crowd was relatively dead for the last hour. Not sure if it was simply a long night or burnt out after what came up earlier.Creative might wanna keep long matches to a minimum that last hour

I agree, Raw should only be 2 hours long but that ain't happening unless NBC/Universal requests it and it gets negotiated in the next TV deal.
WWE would obviously make less money on a 2-hour show vs. a 3-hour show.
So creatively it makes sense, but financially? NO

The night & day effect on Drew & KO talking on mic with & without Vince in their ears is mind-blowing.
I'll take more promos like that please. Maybe let people like AJ & Finn run wild with the mic too.
Those guys were wildly popular all over the world for a reason. They're really good on mic and I'm game for all of those feuds that Drew was naming.

Agreed!
A third hour was NEVER needed. Even when the show is great it's a lot to ask from an audience on a Monday night.
It's clear that the third hour is simply there for marketing/ad space.

Crowd completely dead for this Dakota Kai/Dana Brooke match.
How did they fuck up the Women's tag team tournament.

This should have been the Teams:

Io Sky/Asuka (Niche Style) pair them up with Bianca. Bianca its a foreign exchange in styles Bianca teaches them the American Power style of wrestling and they teach her the Japanese flips and technical Strong style. The would be unstoppable if it translated into their wrestling styles the growth of all three.

Dakota Kai/Alexa Bliss (Dark Horse Underdogs)

Nakita Lyons/Natalia (Fan Favorites) whole lotta ass double cheeked up

Dana Brooke/Tiffany Stratton ( Blond, Beauty, and Athletic they like)

Tamina/Raquel Gonzalez (Big Twin Tower) Tamina takes the loss of course but if she captures Gold the family will let her in the Bloodline

Mandy Rose/Carmella (Sex Appeal) could go far with the help of GiGi and Jacy interfering

Rhoda Rousey/Shayna Bazler (MMA Legit Workers)

Surprise Team (Bye first and second round) Speculation its going to be Sasha and Naomi out comes Charlotte and Lacey Evans image the Crowd Pop or Heat if that was to happen and the end of the tournament Sasha and Naomi run out to confront them.

Kayla Rossi finally having her debut match on Dark tonight. She's been training for a hot minute. I'm interested in seeing how she does.

interesting read about how wrestlers like the Miz, Corbin, Natyala & Shanna Bazzler are bascially the new improved Brooklyn Brawler jobbbers but maintain legitmacy while putting others over

Miz is a 2 time grand slam champ but when they needed someone to go against Bad Bunny & Paul...Miz was the man for the job

god damn I thing for Coral back in the day...

Comments comparing him Valveteen Dream. Another automatic fast forward on the DVR.

:smh: :smh: :smh: :smh:

Nah Son, This aint it. I guess every generation needs this character There was Exotic Adrian Street, Adrian Adonis and the Blue Meanie whatever the hell he was. Velveteen seemed different than the aforementioned he was more of a play of Prince that seemed Fluid but you were not quite sure.
These new ones dont blur the line enough

Daniel Garcia/Bryan Danielson: PPV caliber match. Garcia looked impressive. Danielson must really believe in him to give him this kind of rub. It doesn't even matter that Garcia ultimately lost the match. He got two wins on Danielson. He's a made man now. All he has to do is take the ball and run with it when they turn him babyface.
