Nightlife is cool - Ybor is the go to area if want a nice mixture and a solid Black presence... Soho area if you want to scout for the college hoes... Jackson's or American Social if you want the young professional chicks - all races... If you want all Black, 7th & Grove, The Kennedy or Whiskey North are the spots...
Women, all flavors you want...The Black women are on point, so are the Spanish chicks... White hoes, not my preference, but they are easy to pull out here, a lot of them truly don't like white boys... Overall it's easy to find and connect with women, it's a beach town in a sense so there's an aura of free-spirit you get from a lot of these chicks...
Anything East of 275 is mostly Black and around Ybor as well - considered the hood... Everywhere else you have a solid mixture... Wesley Chapel and Riverview are pretty nice middle-class Black communities... The closer you are to the city the highest the COL, so a lot of people are starting to move further out...
Black culture is not heavy here at all, I will say that, but then again I've lived in majority Black cities and environments most of my life... I said that to say that it's a challenge finding events or businesses for US... I enjoy Tampa, but when I need to mentally, I slide to Houston, N.O., or ATL to get my Black Culture replenishment...
Food wise, I always recommend Konan's BBQ (black owned) and West Tampa Sandwich Shop - order the Obama (Cuban sandwich with honey on top)... The food wack out here overall... I stick to the mom & pop Spanish joints mostly...
I'll be the one to say it, the strip clubs wack as shit out here too and it's a BUNCH out here - when I moved here I found out per capita, Tampa has the most strip clubs in the US... You can definitely pull a bitch out the club, but overall I consider these joints titty bars and not strip clubs... But again, being from Houston, my perception of a strip club is way different than what's available here in Tampa... I like clappers and pole work, not getting that out here... But there are some pretty sluts that grace the stages - it's all your preference... Most of the joints are occupied by white hoes and a handful of other races... The Black joints like Hush and Hollywood Nites(before it closed) were poppin tho...
