You guys have no idea how good Arenas was, That game against Kobe when he scored 60 later that week he put 54 on Phoenix. He was pissed that Jerry Colangelo (Suns Owner) didn't pick him for Team USA. Who said anything about handles? Horry was a 3/4 who mainly shot the ball offensively and was a good finisher around the basket.

But the bottom line is, he's got 7 rings. Can't take that away from him. And we can't say that rings are important on one hand, and then someone's rings don't count because of how they were gotten. He played, and he earned them, despite the circumstances.

It matters defensively, it matters in rebounding and it matters as a finisher. The game today isn't like the game in the 90's. As a matter of fact the game today would help Horry in contributing as something other than being a shooter. With the uptempo play he'd get to finish on the break more and with the spacing as a cutter he'd be able to get even more opportunities at the rim. Reggie could shoot off the dribble as well as a catch and shoot guy. Bird wasn't super athletic but he was skilled which is why he averaged double digit points and rebounds. He still had a 3 point shot a post game and could pass. He was never an defensive stopper and still wouldn't be.
But you think that Kelly Olynk, Zach Collins and Myers Leonard are better ball players than Reggie Miller and Larry Bird since they're in the league while according to you Reggie and Larry couldn't even play at Kentucky let alone make the NBA.So thank you for saying some of the dumbest shit possible
