I think with this news, and the fact WWE dropped PG… if there was a time for WWE to grow bigger, it’s now.

AEW is going to fumble the ball, because instead of focusing on themselves, they are going to call attention to what WWE is doing, and in a sense, cause audiences to tune into WWE instead of AEW.

This may turn into a whole Tony Schiavoni “that’ll put butts in seats” moment for AEW.

They are best to focus on their growth, not on the sleeping giant that is WWE. With Vince out, creative there may get wildly entertaining…..
WWE is still PG. The whole TV-14 thing was just a rumor (for now).

I know AEW could never surpass WWE, but they could at least close the gap.

In all seriousness, if there was ever a time for AEW (or any other company) to topple WWE this is it.
Say what you want about Vince, but he knew how to run a BUSINESS. A business is more than just the shows and PPVs you see on TV.
It remains to be seen if Stephanie and Nick Khan can run it as well.
Now it seems almost certain WWE will be sold off within the next year or so.

If anything WWE is going to start to get better now. All I always wanted was for WWE to actually give a damn about wrestling fans again. With Vince out of the picture that can finally happen.

We'll see. Vince had a presence about him with the wrestlers on his roster and even those outside the company.
Word is Brock just walked out before tonight's Smackdown taping. Shit's already hitting the fan.

Of course Brock is pissed off. The days of him and Roman being constantly pushed down our throats at the expense of younger talent will soon be coming to an end.

Like em or not, those are the guys bringing in the money and selling out stadiums. The younger talent still need time to develop.
Even in AEW, the younger talent have been pushed to the back to make way for the more experienced guys (CM Punk, Jericho, Danielson, Moxley, etc.) that are proven draws.

You ain't slick Rock.

Hopefully they turn NXT back to what it was meant to be and that's to actual develop talent the right way so they can move to the main rooster and not rushed to just fill a spot.

one last parting gift from Vince
left the cupboard barren as far as main event talent

I wonder all the ppl who shitted on Sasha & Naomi will keep that same energy if Brock walks out
THIS. I need to hear Corey Graves tell us how he let the millions of people in the WWE Universe down by walking out. Especially since he was actually going to play a big role at Summerslam. If he don't keep the same energy, I hope he, Cole, Carmella and the whole crew gets lit up on social media.

Fuck your black women over and talk about it, 2 months later....BAM your whole company gone. You can't tell me Karma ain't real and she ain't a bitch
