Not sure why you're dumbfounded or think it's clear cut. I'm in Chicago and every time I read anything about the case it's always about what the victims said, what he said, what she said, etc. I'm not a fan of accusing, prosecuting or convicting men (especially Black men) without tangible evidence. That's why I asked the question.
Do I think he's guilty? Yes. Surely you see the difference between that and the process by which he was actually convicted. Think Bill Cosby. He did years in prison before the higher courts took a look at the PROCESS by which he was arrested, tried, convicted and sentenced and decided that sh** should have never been brought to trial. Meanwhile, bitch ass n***** was like it "has to be true" because so many women came forth. The process is always more important in my opinion. Peace
