I'm not a Republican and I don't dislike Obama.
But here's my take on Obama.
I don't think he's above being criticized by Black people, but I also think Black people have to be realistic about Obama.
Obama, just like the rest of us, is a non-white person living under a system of white supremacy. As far as I'm concerned, he had a gun pointed at his back the whole time he was the president. Just like they had a kill switch for JFK, MLK, and Malcolm X, they had one for Obama too if he got out of hand. I don't think he was worried about it at all because he never planned on being the spook by the door. So I'm not mad at Obama, but I'm not fawning all over him in retrospect because he wasn't really OUR pick (fba, ados, etc), he was THEIR pick (cacs). I don't believe it's a coincidence that Obama is a relative of George W. Bush. In order to survive being a Black CEO of a white company, I probably would have responded the same way he did, in order to survive it. If Obama had behaved and fought for Black people like Trump behaved and fought for whites, he'd be dead by now. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a huge ulterior motive to why Obama was allowed to be come president. Because I think white supremacists are always misleading Black people, ALWAYS. Deception is one of the main tools in the white supremacist's toolbox.
