Rape charged dropped after video comes out

Maybe if we hold women accountable for their dumb choices, then they will be more cautious and less likely to do some dumb shit like this.
BTW I am not talking about men who deliberately get women drunk or men who prey on drunk women, but in this case she was the aggressor and she was doing exactly what she wanted to do, in that state!
So the problem is not him, but rather her for allowing her to get into that state, just like a drunk driver who accidently hits a kid while drunk!

This right here. I'm not a drinker, but have been around people who do. Especially back in my college days at parties and clubs. I never understood how some women, can constantly put themselves in harms way by getting sloppy drunk. A lot of men go to clubs/bars looking for drunk chicks to hook up with. Most women know this and still go out and get drunk. Some take precaution to make sure they with a solid group of friends to watch over them. Or they just drink in the privacy of their own homes.

Crazy thing is...a lot women go through what this chick did and continue with same behavior. This happens a lot and many women just write it off as a wild night, which is what this "victim" was gonna do until her roommates reported it. I can think of several situations like this were no one was charged.

1. There was a chick I went to college with in the late 90s that had to transfer. She got sloppy drunk at a Q-dog party and some football players took her and her friend to a room and went to work. They also recorded it and had the tape circulating around campus.

2. Had a friend of mine take a girls trip to Vegas a few years ago. They all went out to a popular club that night to unwind. Only one of the 4 girls got sloppy drunk. The drunk girl met a few guys and wanted the group to go back to a hotel room with them to party some more. The other girls said no, because they need to be up early for their itinerary. The drunk girl decided she was gonna leave anyway. They grabbed her and said no because it wasn't safe to leave the group. She became irate and begin to try to fight them when they tried to prevent her from leaving. They finally let her go and was like thats on her. She missed the morning itinerary and didn't show back up until that evening. Didn't say much to the rest of the group and unfriended everyone one on Facebook after they came home. They asked why she was tripping and all she said was y'all don't know what all I went through that night.

Maybe her friends could of done a better job of protecting her. Then again don't get sloppy drunk if you know you get loose. Especially in a club/party environment.

I have been sleep plenty of times several of my ex girlfriends would be riding me. I had no problem with it. Is it rape, yeah, but I ain't complaining.

We all have that is why I gave that example

The issue isn't if you complaining

It's rape that's what we discussing and defining

And we gotta be careful to dismiss it one way and make it a federal offense the other way.

Things are so bad that simps are feeling guilty over tipsy fucking. What most likely happen was he was drunk also and couldn't really remember what happened and got spooked thinking he may have been more responsible than he actually was. Because to me, they were both drunk they both fucked each other, and instead of both making a PSI about the dangers of getting pissy drunk, they are looking to place all the blame on the man.
Either they are both guilty or both innocent, the man should not be the defacto one to take the blame when they were both obviously intoxicated.
tipsy fucking?? if theres a difference and distinction for black out drunk then theres a big difference between being sloppy drunk and "tipsy".
also he never indicated that he was drunk at all. And he remembered everything he did. But the case was ruled in his favor so its moot to relitigate again.

again the point I'm making is alot of shit could be avoided completely if dudes just take a second to THINK and be proactive for their own benefit. I have never gotten how dudes can just live by "i'll just do whatever and deal with the consequences later" especially when the consequences are potentially a KID and CHILD SUPPORT and COURT or CRIMINAL ACCUSTATIONS and POLICE and COURT.

Again this is the 21st century....we've seen this story how many times before???

How many examples do motherfuckers need to see before they starting thinking MAYBE I should wear a condom?? MAYBE I should just leave her ass alone and go home?? Cuz when the shit goes down...AFTER THE FACT thats exactly what dude was thinking while sitting in a police precinct trying to explain shit and hiring a lawyer to defend himself for the next few YEARS.

Cuzzo she is NOT the one who reported him.

His friends his frat brothers did

And the girl roommate
:eek2: :eek2: :eek2: :eek2: :eek2: :eek2: :eek2:

Oh shit!!! Thanks for clearing that up. Was gonna find that bitch and give her the Rude Awakening in the middle of Applebees.

She did even press charges.

He called two Ubers, moving her to two different spots then fucked her while passed out. She went to the hospital and he took a third Uber back to the frat house. She didn't press charges and said he shouldn't go to jail. Fuck you talking about?
Thanks for clearing that up Don.

Dude if she was that drunk as you say, her friend would or should have stepped in also, the front desk people at the hotel would have been alerted. Look if you can talk, walk straight, have convos with your people and sign someone in a hotel room, your not blackout drunk.
This is blackout drunk fam.

I believe you.... and the charges were dropped by the judge in the case.

Post a few, I would like to read them.

You can do the rest

This a rabbit hole I would rather not delve deeper into. Because it goes into man on man and older women on young males.

The overall point remains a very small number are actually reported but it is much more prevalent than widely known. If you know anyone who does foster care or social work ask them.

Did you read about the case?

The basic facts are as follows. Sometime shortly after midnight on April 1, 2017, Plaintiff and the alleged victim, Arshia, met at the Banditos bar near the USC campus. They did not know each other prior. Arshia had consumed some amount of alcohol. After a short time, by around 12:38 a.m., they decided to have sex. Plaintiff ordered an Uber to take them to his fraternity house where he lived. Plaintiff's fraternity brothers told him that Arshia could not stay at the fraternity house because she was too intoxicated, so Plaintiff called another Uber to take Arshia back to her dorm at Fluor Tower, and Plaintiff accompanied her.

After they reached Arshia's dorm suite, Plaintiff and Arshia had sex on an air mattress in the common area (or living room) of the suite. Subsequently, two or three of Arshia's roommates, who were in their own rooms, realized Arshia was having sex with someone in the common area. Moments after it was over, at least two of the roommates went into the common area and saw Arshia on the air mattress, and chided Plaintiff for having sex with her because she was intoxicated.

Plaintiff left the building shortly thereafter, at about 1:28. a.m. The roommates tried to rouse Arshia, but she was not responding to them. They called the resident assistant for help, and then called an ambulance, which took Arshia to the hospital. Arshia was diagnosed with alcohol poisoning.

Thereafter, Plaintiff was arrested and ultimately charged with violating Cal. Penal Code § 261(a)(3) (rape of an intoxicated person).
At the preliminary hearing, the judge dismissed the case for lack of probable cause.

“I couldn’t have possibly gave consent, but I personally feel like he shouldn’t go to jail for something like this,” she said. “I don’t want to feel guilty for something like that.”

“That’s the thing that bothers me psychologically,” Doe said. “A lot of people think I was the one who forced, who wrongly accused him of something he didn’t do, when I didn’t accuse anyone of anything in the first place.”

Los Angeles Police Department officers arrested Premjee after the incident occurred in Fluor Tower in April 2017. Premjee pleaded not guilty to one count of rape by use of drugs and one count of sexual penetration with a foreign object in May.

so basically if you and a chick get drunk and agree to have sex, but because the girl got alcohol poisoning at a public

bar, and dont know her limits, he gets arrested...

Yeah I read the details and still I dont see where there is a victim.. unless you are telling me, getting drunk

with a chick that cant handle her liquor is against the law.

Is she saying she never thought it was going to go that far and her over consumption of alcohol lead to her

getting alcohol poisoning and having sex that makes her a victim??

yea I got it.. still dont make sense

The video in the OP is from 5 years ago. It seems there's more to the story. Here's what's transpired since...

  • In March 2018, Premjee was expelled from USC when the Office of Equity and Diversity found him responsible for policy violations
  • When he was expelled, he was 6 credits away from graduation
  • Statement from the "victim" (named Arshia) after he was expelled
“I couldn’t have possibly gave consent, but I personally feel like he shouldn’t go to jail for something like this,” she said. “I don’t want to feel guilty for something like that.”

“That’s the thing that bothers me psychologically,” Doe said. “A lot of people think I was the one who forced, who wrongly accused him of something he didn’t do, when I didn’t accuse anyone of anything in the first place.”

  • On 12/18/2018, USC retracted its own decision to expel following a case hearing with the Los Angeles County Superior Court
  • Premjee filed suit against the City of LA and LAPD

Some interesting things came out during Premjee's lawsuit...

  • Shortly after Premjee left Arshia's dorm, she ended up in the ICU with "a blood alcohol level of 0.325 and tested positive for cannabinoids, and that her diagnosis was alcohol poisoning"
  • Two of Premjee's frat brothers reported him to the University because "she was incoherent and it appeared she could not understand anything said to her"
  • Plaintiff also provided the officers his phone, which showed that he sent the following WhatsApp messages to a friend starting at 1:29 a.m., right after he left Arshia's apartment: “Bro I fucked up. Or at least I think I did ... I don't know if this qualifies as sexual assault or not: this girl was blackout drunk but really wanted me to fuck her. Initially I said no way because she was so drunk and I didn't want her to make a decision she would regret the next day. After constant persuasion by her I finally agreed. And eve during sex, she was sloppy and all over the place But I did it anyways. And I feel so bad When she met me she was blackout drunk, when we had sex she was still blackout drunk. She could not walk straight ...”

Don't really care because men can be drunk and it's a laughing matter. Hell, a man and a woman can be drunk as fuck and somehow it's on the man to be the adult.

Hope he learned his lesson from this shit though.

I commended you for doing research on the subject, and if call upon to testify on behalf of a male victim of an alleged rape you would probably do a good job.
However, you went to the United Kingdom, Australia and even Uganda, and you provided a plethora of statistical data and testimonials, but not one case from the United States?

Good answer, and I don’t think there has ever been a case where a woman has been charged with "date rape."

I was hoping you could provide me with a case (at least in this jurisdiction,i.e the United States) where a woman had been charged with "date rape."

I am not saying it can't happen or that it has not happened, I just would like to see an actual case law from the United States.

They are adults until it's time to take accountability for their bad decisions/actions then they are children who were manipulated by some evil man

I was reading some of the transcript of the case and that sentence you just wrote carries a lot of weight. Apparently, the judge felt that way also.

A. Witness Statements Gathered In The Investigation
On April 1, at around 4:15 a.m., the Los Angeles Police Department was called to investigate a possible sexual assault. Shortly thereafter, Officers Meraz and Zamora interviewed 5 people at Arshia's dorm, including her friend Kavya who went to Banditos with her; the dorm security guard Ronniecia Stringfrilow; and Arshia's roommates Tamika, Ceci, and Madison. (Ex. D, pp. 109-110.) Kavya said that Arshia seemed happy and was socializing while at Banditos, but she and Arshia parted at Banditos so she did not know what happened thereafter. Stringfrilow said Arshia was flirting with Plaintiff and hanging onto him and hugging him, that they seemed like a happy couple, and that she had a pleasant conversation with them. Tanika had just come home and saw a “big brown butt” on the mattress in the middle of the room, so she went immediately into her bedroom which she shared with Ceci. Tanika and Ceci both described hearing moaning sounds of a man and woman enjoying sex. When the sounds stopped, they went into the living room and saw Arshia laying nude on the mattress. They tried to wake her but she was not responding. Plaintiff came from the restroom, and they asked him what happened, and he said “I'm sorry, we didn't mean to wake anybody” (Tanika's account) and “We are wasted and she was all over me last night” (Ceci's account). Plaintiff put on his pants and shoes and left. Madison also saw Plaintiff and Arshia having sex as she went to use the restroom. She observed seeing a man kneeling on the bed with a woman's legs around his back. Then Plaintiff came into the restroom, using a different stall. Madison felt uncomfortable and waited for him to leave. When Madison left the restroom, she saw Arshia unconscious with Tanika and Ceci trying to wake her without success. Officers Meraz and Zamora also collected evidence from the scene including bed sheets, pillow cases, a used condom and wrapper from the trash, and Arshia's clothes. Meraz and Zamora are not defendants in this case.
Thereafter, the investigation was assigned to defendants Detectives Gamino and Zuniga.
On April 1 at around 7:00 a.m., the Gamino and Zuniga went to Plaintiff's residence and took him into custody.1 (Ex. D, p. 111.) He had been asleep in his room, but was handcuffed and placed in a police car. (Pl.'s Fact No. 33.) He was transported to a police station and locked in a cell without explanation, then was taken in handcuffs to a hospital in Santa Monica where he underwent an invasive medical examination, and was then transported back to jail and placed in a cell. (Pl.'s Fact No. 33, 34.)
*3 On April 1 at around 11 a.m.—after the officers took Plaintiff into custody but before they interviewed him—Gamino and Zuniga went to hospital where the ICU nurse advised them that Arshia was sedated and intubated, that she had a blood alcohol level of 0.325 and tested positive for cannabinoids, and that her diagnosis was alcohol poisoning. Then they interviewed Arshia at the hospital. (Ex. D, pp. 114-115.) Arshia explained that she and Kavya went to Banditos, she drank two shots, and that was all she could remember. The officers told her what they learned through the investigation, and when questioned, she responded that she did not know the suspect by name. She cried and said, “It was unfair that someone would do that to me when I was in that state,” said that nothing like that had happened to her before, and described having no memory at all—a “complete black-out.” (Ex. D 115.)

She doesn't appear to be stumbling while they are outside the bar and she is making "sexual gestures" behind his back, and I would have to ask her what name did she give the security guard Ronniecia Stringfrilow when you were required to sign Mr. Armaan Premjee in?

See, The video shows her walking, talking and SIGNING THE GUY INTO HER DORM, but then she wanna say “it was unfair for someone to do that to me while I was in that STATE“..smh

I saw this other case on YouTube while looking for another false rape claim I was looking for, the dude said they met at a club started dancing and kissing and agreed to hook up after the club, she leaves and he later goes to her room and says she is happy to see him and they end up having sex and she tells him to leave when it's over, she says she only remembers being at the bar and that she must have been drugged because she said she only remembers waking up the next morning feeling like she had been assaulted. She said she doesn't remember anything from that night but then says she had a mental picture of the guy being on top of her, she then goes to police and says the guy broke into her apartment and violently assaulted and raped her. The guy is arrested for assault, rape, sodomy and burglary, he was found not guilty at the trial
Listen to her claims..lol

Thanks, this case is very interesting and I see the trial has concluded. I will tell you this, it's very rare for an alleged rape victim to conduct television interviews. The majority of the time, their names are usually withheld from the press and the public.
Vassil Kokali found not guilty on all charges
After deliberating for a little more than an hour, a Mobile jury found Vassil Kokali not guilty on all three charges, including rape. Kokali and his attorney spoke outside the courtroom after the verdict. Audrey Cox left court after the verdict. She gave WKRG News 5 a statement via text message.

They intimidated her into silence which is worse than the crime itself, bumper locking her everywhere such as the grocery store. I hope she gets justice for what he did to her.

It is real easy for them to do it, they are a low single digits of the population and you rarely saw them before, all of a sudden they are everywhere, like you are in India. You know something is going on but you can't prove it.
