Somehow, this show is set in a world where broke ass strippers in the Mississippi delta are being paid thousands of dollars to fuck, in Mississippi. Now we all know, they would only be pulling in $40 a go, but it's all make believe, I guess...

I hear you. Shit is unavoidable unless you doin that old Hookers at the Point type documentary shit. Best you can do is somewhat realistic/responsible shit. And hope your audience is discerning adults Vs impressionable youngsters…

I don’t even nec consider the portrayal of either scenario romanticized - sure the actresses are bad bitches and the production is clean but ‘DSL’ clearly fuckin up and shit didn’t really work out for ‘Cedes (didnt even make it clear if she got paid…)
