I had higher expectations
The actress for America was Disney Channel show level imo
We already had Dr Strange with the kid story with Spiderman.
I'm soooo good on anymore Wanda.
Such a boring character. Had enough of her in Wanda vision. I think she even tried to slide in the accent again lol.
Some of the cg was bad.
The illuminati was a disappointment too.

They DID NOT need the Patrick Stewart voice over, easter egg trailers etc etc

I gotta facetime Feige in a few weeks so he don't f*ck around with Wakanda Forever

I'm completely staying off social media until I see the movie


But quick note:
Even in my youtube recommendations/history timeline
Some assholes Dr Strange clips kept popping up
Apparently someone recorded the movie (cam version) inside their theater, & was posting short clips on youtube
But the asshole had spoilers right in the title & was showing Illuminati members in the thumbnails, etc, etc
All kinds of dumb shit :angry:

I don't know if it was just my youtube home page, or anyone else' ???
But even though I didn't click on any of them, more little spoiler clips kept popping up in my recommended list
Marvel/Disney should've killed those clips !!!

Ever since I went down the rabbit hole with WandaVision...

I cut out the YouTube Breakdowns and avoid all the discussion threads until after I watch the shows or movies...

Watching any thing marvel related shit can make spoiler shit pop up in your Recommendations...

I might see something on Twitter but its not hard to avoid

I just watched it again and it had me wondering if this was the right approach with Wanda and should her arc panned out this way. In the comics she was an emotional wreck who accidentally warped reality. In this movie she was a Disney witch mixed with slasher movie monster. I remember when people were speculating that the villian was gonna be nightmare or mephisto and I think that's what they should've went with. Instead we got the Wanda and evil doctor strange. The hero fights the evil version of himself typical MCU.

OK I took my daughter to see it this afternoon and my son saw it last night.

My son and I both thought it was just OK. They took the America Chavez character and made her a scared little girl that spent the majority of the movie screaming and running. This is the same character that was sure of herself and could fight Captain Marvel and Blue Marvel and hold her own.

Also Wanda......just didn't seem like a threat. I don't know what it was but she wasn't a very good bad guy.
