Its a volume thing. Say you have 45 videos and they all have 300k or better, then yeah. Say you have hundreds of vids and they all have at least 35k views or better. That might not be enough to quit a job, but its more than pocket change.

Faizon was intentionally deleted from all the movie posters that were used to promote the movie outside of the United States, which prompted him to sue Universal Pictures for discrimination. He eventually settled out of court & dropped the lawsuit in Jan 2021, when his lawyers announced: "Universal Pictures and Faizon Love have reached an amicable agreement".
So, in addition to receiving (ongoing) royalties... he probably also got a nice big (lump sum) settlement check.
