So they brought back Lilliana from the series opener.. ain’t see that one coming.

So Flynn is supposed to be Irish but Chibs Telford is Glaswegian and they can never shake that accent. I've met Glaswegians on the other side of the planet who left when the were 5 and still sound like they left Easter House yesterday!

Whoever is the voice/accent coach on Power should be sacked. What with the above discrepency and having a Jamie Hector playing a Jamaican in the original show sounding more like Baba Tunde direct from Lagos, Nigeria!!!

He supposed to be Irish but the actor is originally from Glasgow Scotland. Them Glaswegians can never shake their accent, and the son reminds me of Seth, the bitch son always arguing with his sister on that Pawn show inn Detroit!

Shit I couldn’t tell with that accent the had on. Matter fact, I turned the subtitles on for his scene. But that’s prolly why they toned it down cause it felt more pikey than English.

Tommy Flanagan/Filip "Chibs" Telford(SOA)/Flynn(|Force/Power) can't do anything but what he is. Glaswegian. I thought the scars on his boat were make-up when I saw him for the first time in S.O.A. He got ran out of Glasgow for whatever he did, probably the best thing that ever happenned to him, although he would not have thought so at the time, bit like Micheal Kenneth Williams.
Flanagan has been a professional actor since 1992...

After the third episode I am still feeling this shit out, and that aint good. I want to know what the dirty little handicapped cop is up to? Also this Diamond dude must have went to the Rza acting school, because this nigga aint got it. This weak character got the show in limbo.

Power - Force Id Easily the worst spinoff they’ve had so far, worse than Raising Kanan. Power Book 2 is the only one with staying power, and possibly BMF.

So far this show is okay. Of course, they had to shoehorn a gay black character (Tommy's "brother") and bedwenching into the show.

That's the key to making the Power Universe work. The gratuitous nudes help distract from the soapy, nonsensical storylines. That's why Power Book 2 is the worst of the bunch, they don't have enough nudes to distract from all the plotholes and shitty writing. And the writers' soft spot for Tommy is what's going to ultimately hurt this latest installment. We watched Tommy in his last Power episode take out the entire Italian mafia singlehandedly without getting so much as a scratch on him. And he continues to go around, like Tommy Egan -- SuperThug, fucking people up left and right. That amount of plot armor can only hurt the series because it eliminates any stakes. No matter how bad things may seem, we know Tommy's going to walk out of it A-OK.
