The fact Bill Belicheck ruined Tom Brady's retirement day texting the wrong Brian is most amusing to me. 
The Fan actually has a young black man on now doing nights.
He ok but he was repeating that bullsh*t about Flores being a jerk when so far no one outside Miami white bosses seem to agree.
while it won't end up with him as an NFL coach-if he, bienemy, marvin lewis, and caldwell keep banging the drum it will force

I'm not disputing the texts look bad and very suspect. All I'm saying is it will be hard to prove racism against him by the Giants when 2 black coaches were already interviewed by the time he got that text. That's what's going to be the counter argument. They can even go the route of saying Belichick isn't a Giants employee & doesn't speak for them as a defense. Regardless this does not look good for my Giants and they can't blame anyone but themselves for this cluster fuck.Exactly! They were just covering their ass. They was like well let's give Frazier a second interview to really make it look like we were interested.

We also need to make sure this issue doesn't get diluted into a "diversity" problem for every other group (LGBT, Latino, white women, etc.).
This is a problem exclusive to BLACK MEN, particularly BLACK coaches in the NFL and not other groups.

That question didn't fuck up anything. He answered it well. He was hoping perhaps he could steer them his way. Makes him a more sympathetic figure if anything.
Oh, and Gayle ain't shit. She repeated the question later in the interview after it's been asked and answered. Glad ol' boy (forgot his name) interrupted her and asked him the question about coaching again.

We cannot be extra critical towards this brotha regarding this lawsuit. There will be enough white folks out there to do that.
I know we say this all the time half joking, but we need to protect this brotha at all costs.

Daboll was the clear cut choice because of what he did with Josh Allen and I can't lie, he turned Allen around over a 3 year period because he looked like pure shit his rookie year...The Giants have a hard for Daniel Jones so I guess they would like Daboll to turn him around....
Flores would have been the better coach if they wanted to change the entire culture of the team from head to toe. Strong leadership skills.
I personally think he would be a better fit in New Orleans or Houston...

lawyer: if you felt discriminated against why didn’t you immediately file a lawsuit right away? You obviously didn’t believe that they were racist when you took your time and energy and still actively pursued the job and went through with the interview? In fact you didn’t file a claim until days after the giants hired their current coach.. let me ask you this if you got the job would we be having this conversation right now? would you be having this lawsuit still? Would you still have worked for this alleged racist organization?.. it sounds more like you aren’t mad that they are allegedly racist you’re just mad cause you didn’t get the job.. so as long as you benefit you don’t mind racism now do you?
Valid point. But you can argue that the issue is systemic including this situation with the Giants. Even a head coach from an entirely different organization was aware of the hiring situation.
Yeah a high power lawyer would tear him to shreds on a stand if he doesn't have his story well put together

Like I said it technically dosent have to be racism..could be just they wanted Somebody and they knew off rip who they was gonna hire.. due to the Rooney rule they still had to do some interviews of black coaches cause that’s part of the nfl protocols.. hell the giants could openly admit that yes we knew ahead of time who we wanted and if these Rooney rules didn’t exist we would’ve been hired the other guy.. due to the Rooney rule we had to prolong the inevitable.. the Rooney rule dosent guarantee a black coach a job it guarantees them a interview..in which we gave him.. are ya mad we followed rules and didn’t give this guy an outcome he wanted..there’s nothing in the rules that said we have to pick someone we don’t want

That's not how lawsuits or cross examinations work. You don't file one immediately. You have to gather the facts first.
Even if he took a year to file, what's the difference?
It looks fishy that he didn’t file right away as soon as he believe foul play was being done..he claimed racism.. so the question is why did you still go along with this allege racist company? it also makes you question would all these claims still have came out if he got hired? Hell why didn’t he release the tanking game info as soon as he was fired from the Dolphins.. they could paint a picture of him of just being bitter he wasn’t hired and are giving false claims to make some money… remember he’s black these cacs are going to try tear him down or poke holes in his story
He just had the interview maybe a couple of weeks ago. Did you expect him to file a lawsuit the same day he got the text from Belicheck?
