Brian Flores files lawsuit against NFL

This is funny. He was golden boy when took Jays and goodell side. Now he’s on the outs and he has problem. Should be interesting on how this plays out. The funny thing is he’s about to get that Kap treatment for real now.
Yea In the other thread I said the same thing

WHERE THE FUCK IS THE JAYZ MUSIC NOW????

Respect.
First of Black History Month
Blew Brady’s retirement out of the water
One of the remaining slots will go to a black coach out of guilt.
Kicked Bill B in the dick.

Shit is crazy that black coaches not getting a chance. As some has said this how it use to be with black QB's. Hell in the 90's black QB's barley got a shot. My homie played at Northwestern, he had a cannon arm and was athletic as and smart, didn't even get drafted. He played in the CFL for a few years. Hell they didn't even draft Charlie Ward back then. Finally they were given a chance and now successful black QB's are all over the league. Let black coaches succeed and fail like you let white coaches do.

We all know these NFL owners doesn't give Black coaches a chance to be Head Coaches!!..Damn shame and this shit is sad!!...This BS is going to keep continuing to happen!!... :smh:

I'm not saying the Rooney rule isn't flawed or saying the Giants are innocent in trying to bypass the rule either. All I said was I don't see how they violated the rule based on the evidence being put out there. Now if more evidence comes out vindicating Flores' claims then penalize the fuck outta the Giants and you know I'm a huge Giants fan. In either case I'm glad this is showing how flawed the Rooney rule is & pressure is put on the owners to make things right the way they should be.

Now race aside what made Daboll less qualified than Flores. I'm honestly curious cuz I don't know either of their full resumes. I only know Flores had Miami on a solid win streak to finish off the season though he shouldn't be taken off the hook for the bad losing steal they started with. And I know of what Daboll did with the Buffalo offense

The timeliness of the text from Belicheck that came before Flores 1st interview tells you they made a decision long before and were only going through the motions with the Black coaches.

The most serious issue believe it or not would be the trying to throw the game.. with sports betting on the rise and a multi billion dollar a yr biz ..betters would not like to hear that and would question if games are being fixed.. sports gambling is a huge revenue generator and the real reason why sports returned so fast during covid.. you don’t want sports better feel like they getting haggled

Yeah throwing games affects betting money and it affects player salaries. Imagine if you're a player in a contract year and you team is intentionally tanking.

Gotta have billions to do it. Not sure why people don't see this because I have since I was in my 20's. The biggst impediment to an alternative pro footbal league that can challenge or surpass the NFL is ironically free agency. The 2 most successful leagues that challenged the league were the American Football League and the original USFL, both existed before free agency. No reason to go to another league if you can move(with some restrictions of course) within your own league. The new USFL coming up next month or the Rock's XFL can't pay Devante Adams what he can make on the open market. The great irony is that in some way free agency and lack of an international presence(like basketball)weakened NFL players' power.
Why would a smart black man put up billions of dollars just to be an owner?

isn’t it cheaper to just build your own shit?

Yeah.. this the thing though.. let’s take race out the situaction… if nfl had a rule that you must interview at least 5 coaches b4 selecting your coach and the giants already wanted somebody like leftwich..in fact they knew they were going to pick leftwich from the start.. but due to nfl rules they had to interview at least 4 other coaches.. so they interview 4 other cac coaches..but b4 they interview the final coach Odell Beckham called 1 of them cacs by accident and congratulated him thinking it was leftwich would ya feel bad for the coach who was just being used to follow the protocols b4 they hired who they want?.. i Actually think it’s more of that situation than the actual racial issue.. don’t get me wrong nfl definitely racist..but in this case I think it really has more to do with them wanting a particular coach and it not being that dude is black.. but because of the rule teams are supposed to go through with a set amount of black coaches.. it sucks knowing you going to an interview with a team that has no interest in you but sometimes biz literally got that person they want period… now that Miami tanking shit that’s some other fuckery

He chose bball because they weren't going to draft him, he should have been a top ten pick in football bruh.
I know he was a top 10 pick skill set wise he for whatever reason chose bball.. are you sure he didn’t go to the nba cause the money was better and guaranteed?

In fact I just read he stated he wanted to and deserve to be a first rounder .. if he wasn’t consider he wasn’t going to the nfl… he chose not to go to the nfl like I said
