Brian Flores files lawsuit against NFL

Yep he was a borderline coon but he got his wake up call……right now if he can make changes for black coaches in the future then more power to him. Bill B. May exit stage right After this show.

I don't know about the coon thing, but Flores is one of the few black men to go from position coach(albeit with playcalling responsibility) to HC. Jim Caldwell is being fucked over more than Flores. Possibly due to ageism.

Here's what I don't get. Jim Caldwell, Doug Pederson(who won a fucking Super Bowl with Foles) and Dan Quinn were kinda treated during this coaching cycle like hot chicks with rancid pussies. They have resumes that are greater than Flores'.

Giants going to take a big hit and become the skate goat. They completely violated the Ronney rule and the owners will probably be forced to sale. The others paid Kap they don't want to pay another one of us and they didn't get caught.
How did the Giants violate the Rooney rule when they interviewed Patrick Graham & Leslie Frazier before interviewing Flores? Hell they brought back Frazier for a 2nd interview the day after they interviewed Flores. Giants posted every time they completed an interview to the team Twitter account. Flores gonna need more than them texts to prove his case against the Giants. Now his claims against the Broncos & Dolphins is much more damning. I know those teams are hoping he doesn't have receipts.

Im laughing at your proposal that ageism was the culprit when we have hiring patterns and practices literally dating back 100 years which say otherwise.

But i guess if you're racist against a muthafucka long enough he will eventually become old.

It's both. He was one of the finalists for the Bears job. Bill Polian was apparently pissed that new GM Ryan Poles picked Matt Eberflus over Caldwell.

Apparently, bruh has receipts.

BREAKING: Brian Flores’ bombshell lawsuit vs. NFL, Giants, Dolphins, Broncos, other teams features Bill Belichick texts

The football world was rocked on Tuesday after it was reported that former Miami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores had decided to sue the league over the alleged racial discrimination within the NFL. Flores’ lawsuit claims that the league is guilty of racial hiring practices when it comes to the process of hiring head coaches. He is particularly referencing the New York Giants’ recent decision to hire new head coach Brian Daboll.

Below is an excerpt from the class action lawsuit document which has now gone public. One of the first items on the document is a text message from New England Patriots general manager and head coach Bill Belichick:

For additional context, Flores had an exchange with Belichick via text message wherein the Patriots coach told Flores that he was the frontrunner to land the Giants job. This was days before Flores was even going to interview for New York. Towards the end of the exchange, Belichick retracted his statement, claiming that he had mistakenly interchanged Brian Flores’ name with that of Brian Daboll, who was later announced as the new Giants shot-caller.

Flores is currently being represented by Wigdor Law who in a lengthy thread on Twitter claims that the Giants still interviewed Flores despite knowing that they were already going to hire Daboll:

It is no coincidence that Flores filed this class action lawsuit against the league on the first day of Black History Month as he hopes to “shine a light on the racial injustices that take place inside the NFL.”

Aside from the Giants, Flores’ lawsuit has also named the Dolphins and the Denver Broncos as part of the lawsuit. This is a developing story and we will be sure to pass along any new information as they come.

Nver like Belichick either. Always came across as a douchbag and low key racist.

Please enlighten me as to what's wrong with Adrian Wilson as a viable candidate
The Giants organization has a history of pulling such bullshit but never hiring black athletes or front office people. These fuckers stuck with DJ @ QB instead of making a real grab for Russel Wilson or Cam when he was available.

Just like I said in the Black Monday Thread. The Giants interviewed the black coaches to fulfill the requirements for the Rooney Rule. All the interviews with the black candidates were sham interviews. The Giants already knew Joe Schoen was going to bring his less qualified guy Daboll along with him. Now they are bringing the Narrative that he is supposed to turn Daniel Jones into a super QB instead of looking at a possibility to sign Deshawn Watson.

Maybe it's because my bday just passed & I've been thinking a different way because of it....

But I'm looking at how Dustin Rhoades left guaranteed money in the WWE & got his shit together & created AEW.

Had a rough start, but now it seems to be legitimate comp for WWE. The flip side is that WWE is seemingly imploding as each day goes by.

Now I remember that Vince McMahon put his football organization on sale & it was cheap (less than a billy, hell, if I recall, it was $350 mil).

The Rock bought it & he's currently sitting on it....

But this was way after Kap.

Why didn't someone like us buy it?

Why are we always running to this white man to do for us when we have the resources everytime to do for ourselves?

You telling me that Diddy couldn't get $350 mil up with some others & flip that shit into a profitable system in less than 10 years?

C'mon....

We need our own.

We need to move US forward.

We need to stop living under this system where 70% labor & less than 2% are guaranteed profits for a lifetime & more.

I'm not saying the Rooney rule isn't flawed or saying the Giants are innocent in trying to bypass the rule either. All I said was I don't see how they violated the rule based on the evidence being put out there. Now if more evidence comes out vindicating Flores' claims then penalize the fuck outta the Giants and you know I'm a huge Giants fan. In either case I'm glad this is showing how flawed the Rooney rule is & pressure is put on the owners to make things right the way they should be.

Now race aside what made Daboll less qualified than Flores. I'm honestly curious cuz I don't know either of their full resumes. I only know Flores had Miami on a solid win streak to finish off the season though he shouldn't be taken off the hook for the bad losing steal they started with. And I know of what Daboll did with the Buffalo offense

It took them

years

It took them years to start a black quarterback

This article from 2016 talks about that. Even then sports writers knew they organization was racist. They Had Eli at QB for 14 years. After Eli they had enough opportunities to give black QB's a chance.

When the New England Patriots handed the ball to rookie Jacoby Brissett on Thursday, it marked the first time in the 57-year history that the team had started an African-American quarterback.

Now only one NFL team — one that has been around even longer — has yet to break that streak. The New York Giants, founded in 1925 by Tim Mara, have never started a black QB before.

Now, we’re just stating this as fact and in no way suggesting anything racist about the organization, which has remained in the Mara family hands ever since. And it’s not as if they haven’t had a rock at quarterback, Eli Manning, who has not missed a start since taking over in 2004 — the NFL’s longest current ironman streak at the position. He happens to be white.

Gotta have billions to do it. Not sure why people don't see this because I have since I was in my 20's. The biggst impediment to an alternative pro footbal league that can challenge or surpass the NFL is ironically free agency. The 2 most successful leagues that challenged the league were the American Football League and the original USFL, both existed before free agency. No reason to go to another league if you can move(with some restrictions of course) within your own league. The new USFL coming up next month or the Rock's XFL can't pay Devante Adams what he can make on the open market. The great irony is that in some way free agency and lack of an international presence(like basketball)weakened NFL players' power.

I think both Brians have SB rings from being assistants with the Patriots.

Cal McNair is probably the dumbest owner in the league and doesn't know how to read a room. They're going to hire McCown (who has no business being a head coach) regardless of any pressure from the league.
I WANT THEM TO!
:please:

Won't do nothing but prove Flores' point.

Joe Schoen brought Daboll a OC with no HC experience along with him, clear nepotism. Flores has experience as a HC with 2 winning seasons, clearly the more qualified candidate.

The problem is that teams are passing over other ex-HC's with more experience than Flores:Caldwell,Quinn and Pederson. They got interviews, but no one is running like Devin Hester to sign them..right now.

So when are he anc his homeboys gonna stand up for shit? Are they gonna punt the ball and act like the civil rights movement aint happen.

Kneeling with the enemy leads ti disrepect. Lets him know if he and his homies dont fet their act together they aint gonna be welcome in the hood strip joints for to much longer.
If the so-called black players demanded so-called black men to be coaches, they would. They love to play for the so-called white man and now women :smh:

Lot of those players coming out of college only care about signing on that dotted line.. they don’t care what team pick them as long as they get drafted and make the cut..the least of their worries is wondering what the color of their coaches skin is… the funny thing people expect some athletic employees to have more demands Than what themselves actually do.. how many black 9-5 workers demand that they only work for black bizz and black managers? the same people that will complain about athletes are the same people that continue to work for white companies and white overseers and continue to make the white man rich.. it’s funny how people demand others to do things they personally don’t do

Flores is a coon who has a white law firm on this case. She's a trumper at that

Man this shit just gets more and more interesting :eek2: :eek2: :eek2: :yes::yes::smh::smh::smh::dunno:
