Eye-witness news and an
ambulance, all in the first 30
seconds of the impact. Settle
for nothing less than 10 mill
and all medical paid.

She could be in pain for the rest of her life, but other than that, she'll live good.

If she was black, he would've pleaded to the judge he was in fear of his life, and the judge would've allowed it.
She was in shock, and her lawyer should be able to prove that, it looks like she just brushed it off but I'm sure there is more to that video we did not see, like ambulances with lawyers driving them. 
As far as the piece of shit cop, who would have pulled anyone over for a minor traffic violation but instead of remorse and immediate proper medical assistance, it was almost look like he knew his ass was grass, so he hopped out and (kinda looked like) he was gone beat her ass look at his demeanor again when he grabs the arm of a woman he just damn near ran over.
