There's been some legit cases of heart inflammation with young men (for some reason that is an issue for those that took Moderna). Johnson and Johnson had some issues with bloodclotting in women.

The consensus is that the side effects are not common enough to be a concern.

Some people, like me, got hit with some flu like symptoms for a few days,which is considered a normal reaction after the second shot.
