Fortunately I just had some blood work done in the last week and had to be prescribed something to take over the next few weeks to correct my own vitamin d deficiency.
i need to get mine checked out as well. I definitely don’t get enough sun light on a daily basis.

I need da prescription kind. Back in 2018, doctor said I had NO vitamin D in my body and prescribed me some high dosage shit that I'd take once a week with B3 shots. Shit worked efficiently but stripped me of my appetite. Nigga was shedding pounds weekly, literally

I was talking with a coworker re: pet peeves. We both agreed on something really trivial. Everyone's masked up at grocery stores ... but often the people who will crowd you the most are the highest risk (senior citizens). Especially prior to the vaccination rollout. You're giving them ample space / distance ... and still they'll crowd you in aisles and sections. It's like whoa - keep your space. I'm half your age ... damn.
I always give them plenty of room so as not to cause them extra stress.

Man, I'ono. All I know is I hadn't been eatin' right at da time, was stressed da fuck out and had a seizure in da bathroom. Went to da ER. Had a follow up with da primary. Dawg said I had ZERO vitamin D in my body after blood work. Gave me x amount of units of da prescription junts for once a week and B3 shots like either once or every other week. Shit had a nigga feelin' gooooooooooood. He said yeah, da sun works but it don't mean shit if you don't have none in your body already. I might need some meaux.
Hell, I just got over having COVID-19 a few weeks bike but I'm fully vaxxed. Breakthrough case.
It seems like people are finally getting serious about this vaccine right now
