Additionally, the law effects everyone. We have to stop creating false narratives. Texas has decided that they do not want abortions after 6 weeks in their state. So, ANYONE in Texas who would like an abortion should leave and go to a state which does allow it, including poor people. You are essentially expecting states and governments to reconsider their stances because it might effect poor people more? News flash, everything effects poor people more including the weather. It's one of the many drawbacks of being poor.

My gripe is this, many people would rather spend time, energy, and millions and millions of dollars trying to convince the public that poor people won't be able to kill their kids because they are poor. When the conversation should be, let's help these poor people no longer be poor so they can have more options and opportunities which includes the ability to travel to another state to kill their babies.

I think folks pick and choose when they want government to step in and when they don't. Self Interest drives it. No one is showing up at peoples houses and forcing vaccinations. My other issue is that abortion is a way to lower the strain on the system.

Alot of people aren't ready to have a kid.... especially at a young age.

Kids are no longer taught true sex education in most small counties.... Planned parenthood was taken out of the school system back when I was in Junior high. These kids are out here fucking away ...... and shit is going to happen

It happened to me...... Had a slip up in High School. Luckily we were able to take care of it... but I wasn't ready for a Child at that age.

There's no way I would have been a lawyer if I had a kid. I would have had to work at a factor to provide for the child. Thousands of people wouldnt have received my help because I would still be in small town tennessee slinging motors on a factor line.

Some people in high school would have lived happy lives and would have been successful even with a kid in high school... but I not me. I was fucking selfish... I was an only child. I was not the man that I am now. That child would have been raised in a broken home because I couldn't stand the chick. Why put a child into a world like that.... So he can be raised a product of the broken system and in a world that didn't want him. And people say...Why not put him up for adoption or foster care.. Shiiiiiiitttttttttt...... I don't even think there was an orphanage within 100 miles of my home town and the kids that I saw in foster care in my county were basically there as a paycheck for their foster family.
