Her probation prohibited her from being fucked on camera?
Yes, the judge specifically made that a stipulation.
that's fucked up
it legal and one of her primary sources of income. I think she was locked up in a rust belt state and is some morality bullshit
That moral bullshit is what they love to do in court because who is going to advocate for criminals? They're criminals, they don't deserve any considerations.

I got caught growing weed in my backyard. I avoided jail time, but my probation (for 1-3 years) says no drugs OR ALCOHOL.

Why is alcohol included when alcohol is legal in all 50 states and my charge didn't have shit to do with alcohol. That's like getting caught speeding and saying you can't have a cigarette for 3 years

Luckily for me the testing place is closed on the weekends so after I call in to the random testing site on Friday I can drink until 6pm Saturday night hydrate all day Sunday and Monday and not get busted

But the judge was on some bullshit moral crap

Of course. They have been doing this for decades. Everyone in power is putting their morals into it because they see anyone who has committed a crime as being less than
