They were going for a max of 30 years, it was unrealistic to think they would give a cop the max sentence.
I thought he was going to get 5 to 10 years, so I'm shocked and happy he got 22.

Okay..I have mixed feelings about it..I just knew that he wasn't going to get the max..isn't this the first we've seen of a white person that killed a black man get sentenced..we shouldn't be satisfied..we should demand the max of forty years??.

It would be interesting to see how many non violent offenders are serving similar or more in that same jurisdiction.
22 years is light considering the circumstances but this is Amerikkka so at least he is going actually serve time unlike the other killers in uniform.
