He’s definitely been coddled. I don’t blame Doc, but I do blame him and his coaching staff for not addressing the issue.
They have a starter who’s not only scared, but will not take a jumper or a 3. It’s on Ben, but it’s also on the coaching staff and every person around him. Teammates included.
It’s a business but it’s also a team. If you notice a teammate not helping in a manner that could help the team succeed, then you say something.
If a muthafucka at McDonald’s doesn’t know how to work the fry machine and you all get backed up during busy hours. Then you pull that asshole to the side when it’s slow and show then how to work the fry machine!
It’s really not as hard as people are making it, Simmons included.
If I’m the coach and I ask you to shoot the ball, then dammit yo ass better shoot the ball!
Dude passed up a wide open dunk. The guy is almost 7 feet...he barely has to jump. I'd love to watch a 30 minute interview just with someone asking him the tough questions. How can a guy that talented + making that guy of money not feel he doesn't belong on the court. Someone passing on open shots and not even wanting to shoot the ball in the 4th mentally thinks he doesn't belong. It's wild because on paper this dude should be a real star.
He has been coddled and protected from day one.
Yeah... choking up or making a major mistake is one thing.... completely running away from the game though? That's inexcusable at this level and he's not a rookie.
He doesn't even realize that he's getting "Shaddy'd" by fucup.
Watch out for Toronto and Lowry tooTrade Ben Simmons for D Russell....
Salaries match....
Philly gets a former All-Star Combo Guard who can play on and off the ball
and most important whose not afraid of the moment...
Simmons becomes the 3rd option behind Edwards and Towns where he belongs....

Ssssshhhhhhh
6-6 > 4-11
I agree. Embiid is done w/ Simmons. As he should be.Don't know but I can tell you what's happening as I text this right now. Embiid is in Morey's office telling him it's either me or him. Get rid of this muthafucka.

Why in the hell would the T Wolves do it? Shit I say that but you never know. I wouldn’t trade for Simmons unless they giving him away.Trade Ben Simmons for D Russell....

Question
Has Ben Simmons IMPROVED as a player since he entered the league?

That’s what the regular season is for. You work on your weaknesses. People been telling Simmons for years he needs to shoot more. Even if it cost them games, shoot the basketball. At least gain some confidence. Now every time the playoffs come around, he is going to tense up.
His shooting form isn’t the worst I have ever seen in the league.

Right. What is a coach suppose to do with that? Can you really just bench a $30 million a year player because he scared or do you just let things play out the way it did?
They'd do it for 3 1st rounders. T Wolves made a mistake announcing they were gonna trade Russell and Towns. Showed their hand a bit. That could mess us their demands. But that trade could work. Gott give up Thybulle as well as 3 picks. Maybe 4.Why in the hell would the T Wolves do it? Shit I say that but you never know. I wouldn’t trade for Simmons unless they giving him away.
I told y’all Shannon giving it to him. I don’t even understand how these analysts still trying to say KD is the best player, he played the entire game for Games 5 and 7, ran out of gas because of it, lost 2 out of 3 games and got bounced in the second round but they still saying “see he showed he’s the best on the planet
Skip trying to blame Harden who almost had a triple double..lol
Somebody so mad they had to use an old Steph Curry gif from 3 seasons ago.
Steph Curry is Black, but Michael Jordan ain't tho. He just a "person" that eats white pussy and got a Jewish Daddy (Curtis Polk) who tells him how to spend his money.
