Unfortunately once she went after the girls with the knife she became the aggressor and gave up her self-defense rights. The law is crazy like that in how fast it shifts accountability. It's one of the things I learned in my conceal carry class. After learning that, I became upset that this kind of information isn't being given on a larger scale cuz the masses definitely are not aware of it and will argue tooth to nail that with rebuttals that won't make any difference.

She was being jumped.. bgol nigs will talk about gun play with 1 on 1 fights.. yet when a girl gets jumped and pulls out the knife to defend herself ya mad at her

I can roll with you on that. 4 shots was definitely excessive and you're right it's very unlikely, based on what we've seen in our lifetime, that the cops would have the same energy. Maybe I'm looking at it deeper cuz I'm more 2A savy and understand how the law is gonna look at this.

I didn't even notice shorty in the pink was holding a dog she was away from the fight and holding a dog but police should've let her get stabbed......fuck out of here

Yea I'm upset if the girl in the pink is my daughter. Because another little girl lost her life over bullshit. The cop could have grabbed the girl and separated them

The laws themselves are universal but the ppl tasked with enforcing them are the wildcard and there lies the issue. The conceal carry class I had was taught by a black judge who also used to be a cop. He opened my eyes to a lot of shit that most of us are unaware of. The class was primarily black so he made sure to drill the legal ramifications into our heads cuz that gives us a level of knowledge and power that a lot of cops don't want us to know.

Laws are made and unmade when they see fit. They are only as good as the people enforcing them. In this system they are made to justify the killing of black and brown people

They would’ve assessed the threat and taken her down without lethal force with the exact same scene being set upon their arrival. He saw a big black girl and said to himself, “oh no, we gotta eliminate this monster ASAP! Now, white media will tell you that this is justified because she had a knife but would that same media say the same if she was white.

In the movie, A Time to Kill, the lawyer setup the scene and then hit them with, “imagine if she was white.” Boom! Just like that the thoughts changed. See how that works? Smh

If they fight teens than the parents attack the parent for trying to defend their kid... or that parent gets arrested for defending their kid.. or Mel Gibson shows up shooting your kid and yourself... all those scenarios you lose.. not every parent is thorough
