Outdoor Cooking in Jamaica Jerk Chicken and Quesadillas plus some big nyansh

Hole up OP. There's no such thing as Afro Franco cuisine apart from Creole and Cajun dishes?

What are brothers and sisters in France making for the gastronomique?

Any recommendations for restaurants in Paris outside of the usual Moroccan or Algerian ones? All of the Ivorian or Cameroonian ones people have suggested have been bad but I know there are good ones out there.

there are a lot of excellent African restaurants in Paris, this is my favorite :

Thanks for the prompt response but no. What the blacks eating in France? Franco African isn't an issue to me at least in West Africa because the food was there before the colonizers. I've enjoyed terrific cuisines in Benin that I could've mistaken as Sierra Leonian.

What are y'all eating collectively in France? I mean, probably 5 generations deep over there.

I'm not sure if I understand your question... Most African households eat cuisine from their homeland... I'm West African so I mostly eat dishes that you will find in Benin (best cuisine by the way), Togo, Ivory Coast and Senegal...

Cool. I'm 1st gen American. West African also. I wanted to know what Black French citizens ate.
I'm sure it's not collard greens, cheese macaroni, grits, said soul food.

No, those dishes are considered American and would be consumed along with European and Asian cuisine when called upon...
but they are not considered as related to the African flair in the kitchen
