I just discovered them because they were crackin me up during the wentz controversy but yeah in this vid they are both dodging hard to not say race and the old rich white men club is the main reason a league thats 80% black in the field is less than 1% black in the front office or coaching.

It'll take more than just "a win" to overcome decades of prejudiced thinking. The NFL is one of those ole boys clubs. An I'm sure there's a few owners that presently resent having to pay top dollar to black QBs. Now imagine their decrepit minds thinking those spots are for white the white boys. Now imagine those same minds having to grasp working directly with black coaches. The last thing they want.
